We took our Mercedes to ECR after it was hit in the rear by a very large truck. They made a very inconvenient process very easy. First, we called the insurance company responsible for the damages and they sent out an appraiser to our house to give us the estimate. They tried to settle for less than $2k and we knew that would not cover the damages. We then called the dealer and they recommended taking the car to ECR. We called ECR and took the car in the same day for an inspection. ECR did a VERY thorough inspection and found damage the appraiser missed. The actual cost of repairs was twice what the appraiser estimated. ECR basically took over our burden and handled everything from that point forward. We did not have to deal with the insurance company at all! Our car is black and very difficult to repair back to show room quality, but they did it! Our car is 7 years old and when we picked it up it looked better than it did new! They actually know European cars very well. The whole process was as simple as dropping off the car and then picking it up a few days later fully restored. It does not get any easier than that!

My car (a Tesla) was in an accident and I thought it was for-sure totalled. Lots of frontend damage. When I went to go drop off the keys, Tracy took some extra time out of his day to walk me through the shop and go into great detail on some other Tesla repair jobs they had in progress. He showed me how most of the damage can be repaired and left me feeling confident I would be getting my car back in working condition. Awesome customer service so far!

I have been charged for repairs that I have not authorized! Josh & Pam even has acknowledged that I wrote on the sign document; not to do any repairs with out my writing consent. I dont feel that this was to much to ask of them. They have not only done what they wanted regardless of what I said! They have also more than double the original agreed estimate.
