BEWARE! I had body work done here on an Infiniti SUV. I called Tony Meyers (who I presumed as the owner) earlier in the week that I was due to arrive back in town from a family vacation. I wanted know what the status of the vehicle was. The car had been in his shop for almost 6 weeks. The front passenger side of the car was damaged quite a bit but when I called earlier in the week I was told by Tony, "I have been in this business for over 20 years and I can for sure tell you the car will be ready for pick up Saturday afternoon". When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the car Tony was nowhere to be found. I had a friend drive me all the way up North from campus in Atlanta. I then had to ask the same friend to drive up again to pick up the car on Sunday. The staff kept telling me that Tony would be arriving at the office around Noon but I never saw him. I wanted to ask him why he had said what he said. Never received an apology or anything. The car was full of shavings from the repairs and it took me hours to clean the interior that Tony claimed he would do after the repairs. Even the exterior had grease hand prints on the paint. My schedule just didnt allow me to leave the vehicle there any longer. I had to have it for school and work and after two trips I was not going to ask my friend to drive me back up after the car had been properly cleaned. After 6 weeks I dont understand why the vehicle had not been repaired and cleaned properly. Take your business somewhere else. This place is AWFUL!!! Unorganized and provide excuse after excuse.

My teenage daughter had a minor accident (her fault) that resulted in a damaged hood to our "beater" 2006 Chevy Cobalt. On the Saturday of the July 4th holiday weekend, I took the car to the Macco Shop in Roswell, GA and explained to Tony Meyers that the car wasnt worth a "complete repair", but it would be good if we could get a couple more years use from the vehicle - if the price was right. Also, that I really didnt want to "reward" my daughter (due to the accident) by throwing-in-the-towel and trading-in the vehicle for a newer one. Tony understood what was needed and was very helpful as I sat with him at his desk in the shop. Tony explained the available options, provided both "best case" and "worse case" cost scenarios, and offered to start working on the vehicle the next business day. Four business days later, the car was ready to be picked-up with a repainted "used" hood installed, latch support bracket repositioned, latch and hinges reused, and a total cost that was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend taking your damaged vehicle to the Macco Shop in Roswell, GA. Ask for Tony and dont be surprised by the excellent, authentic service you will receive.

Brought my sedan to the shop to get some work done on it. First they quoted me one price and I gave them the authorization to do the work while I was out of the country for a week. Then they called me when I got back and told me they did not start work on the car and quoted me another price $150 more. I reluctantly agreed. Picked up the care about 10 days later and the work was great. Got the keys and they were broken. The flip out key was damaged and did not flip out any more. The key housing was broken like it was stepped on or something. The RF crystal in the key was damaged and did not start the car. Had to use the valet key to drive the car away from the shop. New key and programming was $345 (dealer only). Manager refused to take responsibility and was very defensive. Told me the key was old and falling apart. I had used this key for years with no problem. It was worn, but certainly damaged beyond repair by Maaco. Only after I asked for an apology was there any hint of an apology from the manager. Did good work on the care. Customer service was VERY poor. The appraiser was very nice.

Dont waste your time or money! Very shady business. Took a week to fix a ding and a scratch on a tailgate. When I called midweek to ask what the status was I was told "they must have forgot about it". When I went to finally pick it up I was told that I needed to help put the tailgate back on because it was a two-person job. (Still fully charged for "Removal and Install" though) My 4x4 badge was placed back on very crooked and when I pointed it out I was told to buy another one and theyll fix it. Next stop is a complaint to corporate. Pretty sure it will do absolutely nothing but at least Ill feel better. Again, look elsewhere for you collision repair needs!

We all know youre looking for a cheap paint job when calling maaco... thats why your calling them.. (im reselling my car so just wanted to touch it up) gave the guy a call he started up at 500 then started adding 300 for body work without even seeing the car..?? they have a special going on starting at 250 + extras.. which I found out by calling another maaco...then he told me.. we can do it for 299.00 but youll have to sand the car down yourself..?? do yourself a favor and dont go here... sales driven.. bad attitude.. call another maaco they will treat you better...

Honestly, I would NOT recommend this place to an enemy. They did a complete color change on my daughters car....with a 4 year warranty. Less than a year later, there are so many places where the old color is coming through it is ridiculous. Long story short, after taking it back 4 (FOUR) times, there are still bad places.... ALSO, they LOST my daughters car key! How does that happen??!! Customer Service is as horrible as the workmanship! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Sincerely, Kim England

Honest and sincere folks. Today I went there for a quote on a perceived paint touch-up job (4" by 3" area) on my car. But they are very sincere in informing me that I really do not need a touch-up and gave me alternative options to save money. Other body shops including a dealer gave me a higher quote without even giving me other options. Saved money by going there. I hope I dont have to go to a body shop in future but I know where to go if I have to.

My car was stolen here overnight, only facillitated by my keys which were apparently left in the car. Later found it on the side of the road in Atlanta, entirely stripped of interior and all major parts. Sure, accidents happen. But for the love of God, do NOT leave the keys in the car, youre just asking for it to be stolen. Unless it was an inside job, in which case I would still never return to nor provide any additional business to this Maaco.

Took my daughters Hyundai here after tangling with a taxi in ATL. The quote was prepared quickly and they went through it with me toroughly. After getting 4 quotes, Maaco was about 50% of the high quote so I gave them the business. The work was completed in the timeframe we had discussed and there were no additional charges. They even sanded and painted door handles at no additional charge. Id recommend them to anyone.
