Im going to start this off by saying if I could give them negative stars, I would with out a doubt. Ive never seen a "professional" place act with such detain towards its customers and frankly I dont know how they are still in business. It started 3 days ago when I took my car into them again because they only painted 1/4 of my hood and I hadnt noticed because it was lined up perfectly with my stripe. I proceeded to take it back in to have them do it correctly this time and I was greeted with someone who questioned everything I wanted done ( which was nothing more than just repaint and re striping the hood) then Eddie got all synical and defensive when I stood my ground. 3 days pass with no updates on the car. I had to call them every step of the way only to be told that "they were in a meeting" and that "they would call me back" I never received a call back and had to call again 3 hours after to find out that it was almost done and being washed. "Yay its done and I get my car back now" I thought. Only to get there and have my car delivered painted but unstriped. Eddie Frost handed me the key and gave my an aggravated smile with a snarky "well there ya go". I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Not to mention the fact that as I was dropping off the car, the front desk lady and one of the sales people were on the phone with a customer laughing and giggling as the guy waved the phone around not paying attention to a single word the person on the other end had to say. Needless to say Im extremely unhappy and pissed off at the fact that they get away with this with no consequence. I will NEVER be returning and I will advise all of my friends and family to do the same.

I had damaged the back rear panel of my 2010 528i BMW in April 2017. My insurance Company, State Farm, had ABRA Auto Body & Glass listed as an available vendor. I decided to go here b/c it was the closest location I could find. Certain parts had to be repaired and repainted. I dropped the car off on 4/24/17 and it was ready for pickup on 4/27/17 (note: it was estimated the repairs could take up to 5/10/17). Vic (Victor) was my primary contact. Vic went above and beyond in my opinion. I was supposed to have a rental car from Hertz come pick me up, after waiting about 30-45 minutes, Vic drove me to the rental place. He called after the repair estimate was completed and quoted me the price. He also after repairs were completed. Total costs was about $3K which I thought was kind of high. However, I only had a $500 deductible and dont know enough about auto repairs to know if the price was reasonable. I didnt have any issues paying my deductible in the store and no one read my credit card information aloud (noticed that from one of the other reviews). Overall, I was very pleased with the speed and quality of work performed.

My wheels were stolen and the thiefs left my car sitting on two landscaping stones. Needless to say there was a lot of damage to the side panels and flash guard. Kevin from Abra was great. He kept in contact with me all the way through the recovery process. He called at least every other day to let me know the status of the car. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car looks great! They also accepted my rental car when I went to pick up mine. They even removed an annoying paint mark on the door from someone hitting my car with their door from a previous incident. My car looks great and the communication and customer service was top of the line. I highly recommend going through Abra.

I had a rear windshield replacement done at this location. When I went to pay with a credit card, the girl at the counter called a number and read aloud my credit card number, exp date and security code in full hearing of the waiting room and several employees. When I called the manager, Eddie Frost, he said this is how they do glass payments at all locations nationwisde and have never had a problem, he doesnt expect people to be ready to write down a credit card. I have had to cancel my CC as a result. This is a careless way to treat customer financial information.

Brought my car in on a Thursday for a bumper replacement cause I got rear ended. Man I spoke to said it may go into the next week for everything to get done. Got a call from them the very next day on Friday saying my bumper was replaced, painted, and will be ready to go by the end of the day. Very quick, professional, and great quality work from this place. Highly recommend to come here if youre in need of repairs.

Worest experience ever. I had my personal belongings stolen and damage while my car was there. The mgr denied everything even though I have pictures. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I hope that USAA removes them from their preferred repair shops. I would have given zero stars, but in order to write a review a star has to be selected.

Excellent customer service! They took care of everything from contacting my insurance company to presenting me with a beautifully repaired freshly cleaned vehicle. I would recommend ABRA to anyone needing repairs after an accident. I would rate them 10 stars if Google allowed the rating!

I took our van here after being rear ended. They appraisers are very friendly, explain everything clearly and remain in constant communication. I subsequently have brought another car here and recommended to my friends. If you have Geico or State Farm I highly recommend ABRA!

Mechanically speaking you could do much better at Mako. Thats pretty sad if you know them at all. My car was not repaired correctly and the manager was very very disrespectful. If you really love your car I would strongly recommend trying somewhere else.

My experience at this Abra was wonderful. Minor body work that Kevin explained thoroughly. Kept me updated daily and only took 3 days. Everyone was professional and very nice. Will be using their mobile glass repair on another car.

Called and booked an appointment, only to show up with the appointment marked down for another day. They offered no recourse other than to wait an hour or two while the "real" appointments were finished.
