First, the body shop missed the completion date. But that was not so bad, its the customer service. The lady in the front counter called "Tamila" was extremely rude and unprofessional. My car was repaired through Geico express repair with in the same Abra collision body shop. I asked Tamila about a diminished value check that Geico agreed to have ready for me upon picking up my car in the shop and her response is "I dont work for Geico" After that she proceeded to tell me the wrong amount for the total repairs of my car in two ocassions. Then she charged my debit card without telling me the amount, for me to later find out she charged 2 thousand dollars in my debit card when she was only supposed to charge me $500.00 for my deductible. Instead of apologizing she proceeded to try to blame me for her mistake, after that she proceeds to tell me a third different total amount for the repairs to my car. At this time I am just concerned that this lady wiped out my debit card and still has no clue of total repair costs. While Im dealing with this, I find out my boyfriend who was outside inspecting the repairs to my car, had to send the car back to the shop twice because the area they repaired was dirty. Their excuse was that it rained the night prior (which I dont recall that it rained) but even if there was a thunder storm you should never return a car to the customer with the area of repairs dirty. The entire experience was terrible, never did I receive an apology from Tamila but a sarcastic have a nice day with a fake smile. It truly is a shame that well known insurance company such as geico will choose to make a geico quick repair center in this shop.

They started off on the wrong foot. I showed up because my passenger window was smashed in, and wanted to be able to drop the vehicle off. The clerks at the front desk were no help at all--they told me I have to call a number for mobile glass repair, and wouldnt help me any further. Ok....a) the sign says "Auto Body & **Glass** Repair," you mean to say that you cant help me get my glass fixed without calling a number and going somewhere else? b) I was standing there, ready to give my money to them, and they effectively turned me away. I decided to take my business elsewhere. 1-star for the initial lack of service. After getting in a do-loop with my insurance company, they eventually found that Abra was the only shop that had availability to get the window fixed and patched me through directly to the glass repair folks. Starting then, the service was pretty good. The rep was super nice, quoted me a reasonable price and set up a next-day appointment. The technician, John, wasnt ultimately able to make that appointment, but was really good about keeping us informed and the next morning made us the first stop on his list. Its too early to determine the true quality of the work but my initial impression is good--the door seems like it was put back together correctly, and I saw John carefully vacuuming the shards of glass out of the door before the panel was replaced. 4.5 stars for this segment of the service.

I should have checked these reviews before scheduling my appointment for an allstate adjuster to cut me a check here. I was 20 minutes early for a 9:20am appointment. I waited and waited until around 9:40 when the receptionist said that he was here but on a call. I saw the adjuster outside on his cell phone casually drinking his Starbucks. I finally saw him at 9:50 after he got off the phone and sat at his desk for a few minutes. He then checks out my car and writes me an estimate with a check. He cuts me a check for reconditioned front fender and bumper instead of a new oem one. He says "your car is used, u dont need a new bumper." The part on my car that was damaged by an allstate customer was an original GM bumper and fender. Why would I replace it with a reconditioned one instead of new from the factory as it was before. I said Ill call an allstate manager and he walks away from me. I find him in the back after I spoke with allstate who confirmed that he should be cutting me a check for the lowest estimate I got on my own which was about $400 difference. He says he will not and thats the check I get. He even threatened to find ebay prices on an aftermarket cheap bumper and put that instead. I would not go to this guy. Hes slow and has poor customer service skills.

Besides the unusually long wait times, even with an appointment, the big problem here is the employees. My customer rep, Tamara, was wonderful, and that is where the good stops. I had to bring my car back for a follow up repair and replacement because the work was not complete and some parts were "missing"., and by "missing", I mean stolen. Someone at this business took parts off my car that were in no way related to the repair and not even in the vicinity of the repairs. To be specific, they took my washer hoses and connections from under the right side of the hood. The repairs I had performed were on the drivers and left passenger door. I assume someone needed my parts for repair of another car and forgot to replace them on my car. I brought the car back and Tamara got right on fixing the problems. They completed the original repair but the washer hoses were only halfway fixed. I had to leave it again so they could attempt to replace the stolen parts. They didnt use stock parts so the fit was not correct. The end result was mis-matched parts under my hood that dont line up with the factory parts. Rather than continue dealing with this at Abra, I will get the correct parts from the dealer and fix it myself. Buyer beware of this place.

I went in to ABRA to have repairs performed due to a collision caused by an All State customer. I was told by All State to use their estimator working out of the ABRA location. He quoted a new bumper and labor at $400, which seemed low (and was, turned out to be $800+). I was told that he would only estimate cosmetic damage, and engine damage would be assessed by ABRA. When I brought the car for repairs, I told ABRA about a steering issue I had been having since the accident. I asked that they look at the rack and pinion assembly (a common cause with the symptoms), and was told that there was no damage, accident related or otherwise. Now, a couple weeks later, I took the car to my mechanic, and he found that there was damage to the rack and pinion. I asked specifically that ABRA look for this, and was LIED to. I have had previous positive experiences with the ABRA chain, but I would not recommend this shop. Either their mechanics could not identify obvious damage, or the shop did not want to deal with adjusting the quote through All State - the business is either dishonest or incompetent. Not a pleasant experience.

Please avoid this auto shop like a plague! Incredibly rude employees work there. First, the body shop missed the completion due date. The "customer service" person had told me THAT MORNING it would be ready by the afternoon, so I made plans to pick my car up. No apologies whatsoever for messing my plan up. Then she told me it was almost done, and when asked whether itll be done by the closing time that day, she told me shed check with the body shop and call me right away so I could plan the rest of the day. Never called. When I called back, she tossed me back and forth between the body shop and another agent. TWICE. When finally confronted, she rudely barked at me that the body shop was doing its best and I should just wait. I couldnt believe it. All she had to do was call back and tell me that the car wouldnt be ready by the end of the day, and Id understand. Why would you tell someone youll call back in 5 minutes and not call back, TWICE? Then get angry at the customer when he asks whats going on? This business doesnt know the ABC of customer service, would never return. Period.
