Very frustrated so far. My car has been in the shop for a week for repairs from an accident. They are not able to upload secondary repairs to my insurance company and this is completely stopping the process. They are blaming my insurance companys system (Met Life), but they arent making the extra effort to make sure that their work arounds (faxing) are working! Insurance hasnt recd faxd papers. And I drove out of my way to go to this shop because my Kings Toyota Service, which I love, recommended them. Service? I am doing all the work with multiple phone calls. Resorting to beating my head against the wall soon. Just as effective.

I highly recommend this place. I have been bringing my cars here for as long as I can remember. They handle everything from beginning to end without me having to be there besides to pick up the keys. My car has always came back in tip top condition. My favorite part is the inside of the car is always cleaner than when it was dropped off.

Take your business elsewhere. I recently spent many thousands on repairs with them and I had to take the vehicle back several times for things that werent right. Now i need a minor repair that costs "only" $800 and I cant get them to call me back to schedule the work.

I am completely confused regarding all the negative reviews. Ive been using The Body Shop for years, and always had a positive experience. The manager knows me by name, and quickly takes care of any issues I have.I wont go anywhere else.

They never finished job as promised. Although it was something minor. The fact they didnt keep there word and finish job in its entirety I can only give them one star. Wont ever go back.

I brought my jeep into the shop for repair work after an accident. Many repairs were missed including a bent wheel, bent axle and damaged wheel flare. Take your business elsewhere.
