Let me just start by saying that the manager Cedric is a liar & hes very VERY unprofessional like his Hoodstaff. I dropped my eclipse off w/ a Andre Ivory to get painted arctic white & it seemed like all he was concerned about was his commission. he kept trying to get me the highest warranty for my paint job ,I ended up getting the basic warranty for my paint job that will last me a long long time supposedly. when I finally got the car back it looked kindagood(Didnt see any issues THEN) &I did not like that they had my car parked next to Hazmat .initially, my dad did not like the location because it seemed toooo ghetto .the staff seemed very hood & unprofessional, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt& didnt judge .they did not even let me know that my car was ready, I had to call & email to find out that my car was ready. but the real gag is my car was not ready.. I had spraypaint marks on my rearview mirror ,tires,&on other black parts of the car& they missed a whole panel underneath the driver side door . (Markthe dm pointed that out to my dad while I was out of town),there was brownglue gunk falling out from under the letters on my car bumper. just all the way bad & they claim that they follow this" Maaco promise" I will NEVER return here .I had to bring the car back for a touch-up on the rear view mirror. the guy with the colorful dreads did a worse job than it was originally .I Ended updropping it off w/them for the repairs before I went out of town.i called them 3 days later to see the status of the car &they had not even touched it yet according to a guy named: phillip stringer.when I came back from out of town to pick up the car the lying ,unprofessional manager,Cedric had emailed me back finally &said it was ready on Tuesday. I ended up going on Wednesday at 815am to pick it up. Iget there,& the letters were off my cars bumper,there was STILL drip marks on the rear view mirror, spray paint marks all over the black parts of my white car .just all the way bad STILL. I finallyleft there at around 11:45 . why tell me the car is ready when it was not indeed ready? now that I know that theres a location in Fayetteville I will go there from now on. Im still Awaiting for a partial refund for the inconvenience that this location has caused me & also filed a claim w/ the better business Bureau .I have spoke to other customers who have gone through worse situations & they say theywill not go back to that location ever !!absolutely horrible AT BEST. I even tried to get the district managers phone number &LyingCedric told me to call corporate for it YET when I called corporate they said they did not have the district managers number. I ended up finding Fayetteville locations phone number & they told me that they will have the district manager,mark call me.. Cedric couldnt even do that for me ?!lousy piece of crap..NVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Worst experience ever. My car has been painted 3 time. And now they have a new manager which is no different from the old. One of the associate Jason is just rude when I call the shop about my car. This last time 8/16 on a Monday I drop my car off for the 3rd time and today is 9/ 2/16 and they have not started on my car. But when I drop my car off on Monday Quincy the manager said it will be ready on Tuesday no later than Wednesday. I have taken off work 3day to give them enough time and when I call Wed. Its not ready havent been sand nor painted. So I call Thur. still no sand nor painted. I had to be at work for 2pm and my husband had to leave from work early to take me into work. Quincy promise me the car would be completed at the end of the day I explained to him I would be at work and I cant be with out a car the weekend, my husband would be out of town .Friday 8/2/16 call @ 9 am spoke with Quincy been that the car was suppose to be ready yesterday by the end of the day. Again the car has not been sand or painted. I have miss 1 day of work and 2 days of class this is unexpectable. I am so upset and done I will never recommend this business to any one. I was going to go with another shop my husband chose this and I paid 600 for this mess running paint ever where. When are you going to get it right? Waiting. Wow

Worst experience ever! I am looking into suing this location because my experience was unacceptable. The manager, Charles, is very careless, condescending and just down right disrespectful! The paint work was horrible! I paid $100 for extra sanding but no sanding was done. There was scratches, over spray, cloudy spots everywhere! The paint was even chipping on the side. The windshield wiper trim that they replaced wasnt even on. It was sitting up completely off of my car. It didnt even fit my car. I pointed out all of these problems upon picking my car up and did not leave maaco without a resolution. Charles told me to bring the car back and they would only fix the paint. Well the experience gets worst but its too long to post. My car lighter was stolen, my side trim was broken and they tried to attempt to super glue it back on. Charles is super rude and a lier!

Do not ever ever take your car here I repeat if you can see this post do not take your car here the paint job will be $300 today $2,000 somewhere else to get it fixed after they have done the work on it this is the worst Maaco ever I have seen them outside touching up a car with a spray can worst experience ever Quincy and Jason just kept telling me the car was going to be ready going to be ready now the car is sitting on their lot getting rain in as of today from a month ago I had it painted I am very supportive of the automotive field but when you have people like this it messes up the whole automotive field

Charles has the worst customer service skills. I went in for an estimate and didnt even make it that far. I was told Id have to replace my hood and there was only a small dent in the hood. When I asked for a reason behind him replacing my hood, he simply stated that he didnt owe me an explanation. Will never use this location nor recommend them to anyone.

They told me what needed to be done and how long it would take and how much. The estimate was 35 to 40% lower than my best estimate of 3. Customer service was noteworthy, I was overjoyed on the way I was treated. They are great Americans.

First off I have a Stance car "atenza" and I was strapped for time before a show. Needed some paint on my new kit and Phil held me down. Great price. Great timing. And great quality work. Thanks again guys

Great experience. I am very happy with the customer service of the manager, Mr Stringer and his staff. Very pleased with the painting of my car...it looks like a new car. I would highly recommend them
