I had my accident on Dec. 12 and I still dont have my car back. To their defense, this is not completely their problem. They did, however, tell me several times that they got the wrong parts or that the parts didnt fit... The shop will text or call with daily updates and they will provide a rental for warranty repairs (Enterprise rental on site). When they said my car was ready, I found several problem on the spot, and after driving it, the whole steering assembly was messed up. They are working to fix those now (after I left a bad review on their satisfaction survey). Be warned!

Picked my car up today. I was really happy about the service my car received. I couldnt believe how good it looked. The only drawback was how good of a paint job they did to the area that was damaged,now i gotta go get the whole car painted. Id recommend abra and id go back,hopefully my car doesnt get hit again but if so i dnt need to research where to go for service. Also the day i dropped car off they said it would be done by friday and yes i was abke to pick my car up today (Friday) thankx josh he was awesome mitchell ohio location.

Absolutely horrible work in terms of car service (the staff was friendly which is why the get 1 star). I had to take the car to them three times to fix things they didnt fix. After all that there were still issues (not reassembled properly, missing the tray from the center consul). And they didnt clean it before giving it back. If your insurance company suggested you use them, do yourself a favor and find an alternative option.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMENDS THESE GUYS RUN THE OTHER WAY. The front end of my car was hit, repaired by Abra it took 3.5 weeks for the to finish and my stearing wheel has to be turned 30 degree to the right in order to drive straight. My airbag light, and check engine light are still lit up, and my passenger windows will not roll up or down.

Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. They have zero accountability at this shop. Always blaming the dealership and not knowing who is in charge of the car. Shame on them for conducting business the way that they do. Borderline unethical.
