I had a wreck on my 2013 Altima and was not drivable. I was looking for someone to check out the damage and let me know how long it would take to fix it. Went to couple of places in Frankfort along with Fortune Collision (FC) Frankfort. Folks at other places would not even come to see the car unless they know I was going to get it done from them. I gave a call to FC and Shane from FC came right away. I like the response and was sure FC would get the repair done faster than anyone else. They towed my car, which was a mile from their shop, at no cost. Couple of days later went to FC to check on the car once it was taken apart. Shane walked me around the car and show me couple of crappy fixes that Glenn Body shop @ Lexington had done from my previous wreck. Also, he showed me the damage to the radiator from the new wreck that was not visible to the insurance evaluator. He followed up with the insurance regarding the radiator. Two weeks from then got a call from Shane and kaching! the car was fixed. The next day I took it for a long drive. All was good. I like FCs quick responses. Every time I called or message Shane was quick to respond. I like their reception. Every time I was there at the shop I was received well by everyone, even on the shop floor. I like their clean work. Hope I wont have another wreck but if it so happens I know where I am going. I would recommend Fortune Collision for an honest and clean work.

I would definitely return to Fortune Frankfort again, if necessary. I had a terrible experience with Fortune Lexington after my Nissan was rear-ended, and even I could see that they did a horrible job. I asked to take the car to Fortune Frankfort, and Im so glad I did! Fortune Frankfort corrected the issue I noticed and pointed out other problems that I had not even been able to specify. Fortune Frankfort ordered the new parts, set me up with a rental car, did everything possible to accommodate me, and corrected the issues that Fortune Lexington apparently could not be bothered to address. And it didnt cost me a penny! I will never take my car to Fortune Lexington again, but I will gladly take my car to Jonathan and Shane at Fortune Frankfort, if needed. They actually seemed to care about me and my car, they validated my concerns, and they certainly did not cut corners in restoring my car to its pre-collision state.

I recently had an issue where a huge piece of plastic was hanging down scraping the road under my Prius. I called Fortune Collision & asked if they could take a look & give me an estimate. Shane the manager assured me that they could get to it as soon as I got there. When I arrived, he introduced himself & had my car pulled into the garage. I sat waiting for what I thought was my estimate. Meanwhile Shane handled other business on his phone, but talked to me in interim. It wasnt very long when the mechanic returned w/ the keys & Shanes assistant handed them to me stating that everything was done. Thats right! Shane had the plastics pinned up for me & did not charge! I shook his hand & told him I would be back to have some minor spots worked on.

I went in with a water leak in the back of the car. They checked it by running a hose over the entire car, then told me my front and back windshield were leaking. (I never saw the front leak). I paid $175 to get both windshields resealed. I asked the main guy (owner? manager?) what happens if it didnt work. I explained that I thought it was the sunroof. He told me that they couldnt guarantee water leaks. The entire diagnostic method they used was ridiculous. How can you tell WHERE a leak is if you water everything all at once?! The end result-my car is still pouring in water and I am out a lot of money and live paycheck to paycheck. I wont trust these guys again.

Fortune Collision Center in Frankfort has without a doubt performed the best auto body work Ive ever had on a vehicle. Ive used other body shops in the past but Ill only use Fortune from now on. They are prompt, efficient and perform great work. They were able to get my truck in right away and the work is superior. Shane Terrell runs an efficient shop and you can tell when you walk in the door. He and his staff have answered all of my questions and have shown much professionalism not only through their work but through their superior customer service. My hats off to Shane and his crew. Cant say enough good things about Shane Terrell and his crew at Fortune Collision Center here in Frankfort. They time and time again have gone above and beyond to make sure that every step of my vehicle repairs are done in a timely and professional manner. They kept me informed in every step of the process and made sure that my needs were taken care of.
