December 2007 I call Dave Kirk Automotive because Im looking for a newer Chevrolet avalanche. They tell me they have 3 on the lot, one is exactly the kind I describe to them Im looking for. I show up the next day and guess what! All 3 are gone, they claim that they were all sold the day I called (Interesting) well I test drive 2 other vehicle, a GMC Canyon and Chevrolet Silverado. While doing this they take my car to check it, because Im looking to trade in. Well I get back and tell them I like the canyon but they insist for over an hour on showing me all the info on this silverado that I do not want. Well after almost 2 hours and a very bad screwing I end up leaving with a GMC Canyon. What made me the most upset was as soon as they got my car and started checking it they had already took all my belongings out of it and put it in a box, convinced that I was going to buy something from them. Well they were right, worst truck and customer service I ever had.

Nothing to like! My 72 yr old father in law got ripped off by these scammers. He bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu with 28k miles on it there. That is at best a $14k-$15k vehicle. They jacked the price up to $22.9k and then gave him $8500 on his trade in..then charged him $2k for a 90 day warranty, a $500 customer service fee..along with several other misc fees. By the time it was all said and done, he had paid them over $16k cash for a car that should have only cost him a little over $8k total. These scumbags are preying on old people and taking them for as much as they can. DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS BUY FROM THIS DEALER BECAUSE THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO TAKE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it because my father in law passed away 2 days after buying that car. PLEASE WARN ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING AT THIS DEALER AND TELL THEM TO JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time and every time I went to a lot I had a problem finding someone to help me that was actually courteous. As soon as I met Jason at Dave Kirk I realized I had been looking in the wrong places. Even if I stop by to see the new models and compare vehicles and Jason is not there, I am never disappointed. The staff are always courteous, helpful, and most important, friendly. They arent trying to sell you a car, theyre helping you find your perfect car for drudging to work every day or taking those road trips. If only the other lots had staff as friendly and knowledgeable as these folks! Dave Kirk is honorable and wonderful and its the only place I will purchase any new (or used) vehicle!

I have purchased at least 15 cars. Seven of these cars have been GM. I have purchased at least 10 of these cars via internet and emails. I recently purchased a CTS at Dirk Automotive in Crossville TN via internet, emails and texts. This is the most professional, trust worthy experience that I have had since I started to buy cars via the internet. I have the pleasure to deal directly with Jamie Zimmerman. Mr. Zimmerman have proved to be extremely professional and trust worthy. Everything was taken care as he told me over texts and emails. He even make arrangements to deliver the car to my house. I want to also thank Rick Hemming for working hard to get me all the pictures and information I needed on a timely manner.

Started off with a nice gentlemen showing some trucks we where interested in. We asked about one in particular and was told it was mid 20s for this truck. We made a offer on the vehicle and the salesmen went to his boss with our offer. He returned happy to say they would except that offer. We waited around a hour to see the final price and pay for the vehicle (with cash 25k) we where sat down by the so called boss and he gave us the numbers at 12k higher then the amount they agreed to. Luckily Misty front east tennessee dodge sold us a newer vehicle with less miles for a great price. Would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

Most people dont think highly of automotive dealerships. But Dave Kirk Automotive is the exception to that rule. I expect first-rate service, and that is what I get every time at Dave Kirk. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable. I know that anytime I have questions or need assistance Misty, Scott, Kevin or Dennis will do whatever it takes to help me. Not only that but Charlie, the service manager, is right there if for any reason you need extra assistance. With a great service department, mechanics that get the job right the first time, and an unsurpassed sales department, I highly recommend Dave Kirk Automotive.

They sold my 83 yr old Mother a 9 year old used vehicle and charged her what the vehicle would have been brand new. Then they suckered her into an extended warranty. Every time she brings the car in for an oil change, they find something wrong that needs to be fixed, and guess what? Its never covered under the extended warranty that she paid thousands of dollars for. Its too bad I wasnt there when she bought it. Thats nothing short of criminal. I would never do business with that dealer, and I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with them.

Dave Kirk Automotive is unique from any other dealership around. They truly care about their customers. They seriously treat you like family! You will always be greeted with warmth and receive the best possible service. Dave Kirk also does A LOT for the local community. "The Keys to Success" program has been very successful since 2004. I am the proud owner of 2007 Pontiac G-6 that I won through the program. Dave Kirk changes lives! I would highly recommend anyone thats looking to buy a car to head to Dave Kirk Automotive!!

My car wouldnt start when I came out of CVS. Scott Elmore quickly sent Rob to jump start the battery. I then drove to the service department where Scott had my battery charged and checked. They determined I needed a new battery, which was put in. A big thank you to Rob for coming to CVS to jump start the battery. Also thank you to Scott for working hard to determine the problem and the service person who installed the battery. Everyone made me feel like a valued customer.

I have had the opportunity to purchase several new vechicles in the past and have found it very difficult to deal with most dealerships as I was never treated as a perspective customer. Only to meet David Boles at Kirks Automotive. David was very respective - answered my questions - found me the vechicle - with all options and in the color I was looking for.
