I have to tell you, I was excited to be getting my windshield replaced this morning in my 2004 Nissan 350Z. I had picked Abra because your price was in line with everyone else, you were coming to the house to do the repair and your collision shop had done an excellent repair on my wife’s car years ago. So I was pretty disappointed when Ray called and left a message before 7:30am saying that my 8am-12pm scheduling window didn’t look good. My first thought was, “What good is a four hour window if you know you’re not going to make it…before your day has even started?”. Then Ray went on to say that he didn’t feel comfortable doing the job at the house because 350Z windshields are “A little tricky” and he’d like me to meet him at the shop in the afternoon. Well, wouldn’t that be a good thing for the folks providing the quote to know? It kind of takes the whole “mobile” out of the “mobile windshield replacement”. So, now my whole morning is free to write this email…rather than get my windshield replaced. Both Ray and the home office tried to call to set things right...but at that point I was interested.

Horrible service and my truck wasnt even fully assessed or repaired for that matter. Now I have to inconvenient myself all because the time wasnt taken to ensure my vehicle was properly fixed. I dont understand how a rearview mirror is an issue after you have had my truck for a week and the first thing repaired was the windshield. And its doesnt cost 3,000$ for a mirror. Going to give me an appraisal of 6,500$ then something is wrong with my mirror an it jumps up to 9,600$. Not to mention the very rude woman at the front desk. I would never recommend your services to anyone.

Have brought two cars in over just a few months. GREAT! First every customer needs to realize autobody places are busy...and good ones are real busy. Eddie the Gen Mgr and his team have great customer service and went the extra mile...many times. That is why they have such high ratings. You can go somewhere else but why when they do such good work? Thanks Eddie!
