WARNING!! Stay away if you value your vehicle. Dishonest owner and staff! Quoted to replace fender and bumper with materials for a price and simply repaired the fender and bumper. However, repair was horrible!! I went back and forth with them for three months and they kept giving me the run around about obtaining oem parts. They ordered incorrect parts multiple tomes and then stated they were having a hard time locating the correct part. I finally gave up on them and decided to share my experience with google reviews when they told me, "sorry there is nothing you can do pay us more and we will get you a different bumper with hardware" At current time the repaired bumper has paint peeling, the bumper caps have fallen off, and one of the corners of bumper has blue residue from the repair they did. I never asked for a repair!! I paid for a replacement. They will smile in your face and tell you they are working on fixing their dishonesty but they will not. Hope this saves someone else from hell on earth. God bless them!

Robert is amazing. Gave this place a chance because it was close to work and had great reviews, came here to confirm the service. I called in regarding a bad rear wheel bearing, and Robert stayed on the phone to provide me with an accurate cost estimate. Quoted around $250, and come out to $280 including tax. Upon dropping it off they were able to take a look and figure out that only the drivers side needed replacing. I called on a Monday, scheduled to drop it off on a Friday, and picked it up the same day at 4pm. Amazing service, great job, and honest.

Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a business. So unprofessional! Says one thing does the total opposite.. he doesnt have you sign any paperwork! Not to mention my car turned out horrible paint wasnt the same color. Bumper wasnt fixed. Headlight wasnt put in properly. Before I took my car there my key Fob was working. Once I picked it up! It was not. Only reason Im giving one star cause I cant give 0. I would stay away from this business if you want good professional work!

Macco does way better and they do not do such horrible work, their employees are underpaid the manager/Owner is so rude and obviously not in the right mind due to (.........) save your money and go elsewhere like Abra Glass and Collision! Terrible experience with these people and they will make things up that was never wrong in the 1st place. I am surprised they have not been shut down!

They were so great!!! Affordable and the work done was impeccable. So happy with the work done at action. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Went to Abra before I went to action and they ripped me off and also stole parts from my car!!! Action worked with us to get the problem solved and I couldnt be happier.
