My experience with Maaco of Atlanta was excellent! I experienced courteous and professional behavior from the beginning to the end of my service. I was searching for a repair shop to fix my car. I had a couple that I was considering, but I quickly narrowed it down to Maaco of Atlanta when I called one evening after hours. I did not leave a message, but instead just planned to call back the next day. Jay called me the next morning asking how they could be of service. (I was quite surprised.) He answered all of my questions (and I called for a few days after that) with patience and professionalism. When I dropped my car off for repairs, I waited for the car rental company to pick me up as promised. Minutes away from closing, the rental company still had not arrived. I told another attendant, Joseph, that I could wait outside for the rental company if he had to leave. He responded that he would never leave a customer standing outside waiting. This was a great comfort because it was scorching outside.

Visited this location for front passenger damage. It needed to be pulled and realigned. The headlight and hood were not aligned. There was also minor bumper damage. Jay provided an estimate of roughly $650 to replace the bumper and repair the damage. I pick up my vehicle, and although the bumper is replaced, the paint is not blended and the headlight and hood were still not aligned. Jay was neither apologetic or in pursuit of a solution. Instead he says he couldnt know what was wrong until he took the car apart. I took my car to another collision center immediately, who not only found a wrench left in my engine by Maaco, but pulled and realigned the headlight and hood. Jay robbed me of $650 for substandard work and ended up costing me another $300 to repair. I hope I save others from being similarly scammed.

Horrible! I got a paint job after a part was replaced on my car. 6 months later and no matter how many times I get my car washed I cant get the natural shine back. There is paint residue on several spots on my car that are rough to the touch and I can still see the tape and paper marks on my windows where they tried to cover to spray paint my car and I cannot stand it! They failed to cover the entire car and just leave the part uncovered that needed paint so they taped half of my car and I feel the residue of paint that dried on the car. I will not be going back there or referring anyone there. Very upset!

First and foremost I must say This Maaco is not like all of the rest. They gave me a quote in less than 5 minutes. I wasnt looking for a car show look, but when I came to pick up my 97 maroon honda accord, I was in disbelief. .It was car show quality and in 3 days..No one believes me when I tolled them that Maaco did it as they will be checking them out for their ride too..They did a AWESOME JOB! And only for a fraction of the price compared to the other body shops. They will be the only body shop to touch any of my cars again.(Quality) GREAT JOB! Might put my car in the car show this summer. !

Awesome paint job for the 6hundred $ package but I was mislead by the rep. on which specific color code on the color chart. TIP: take the color chart outside to actually see your color in day light. -they should probably tell u that. (Ex. If u want dark green make sure the green u choose doesnt look bright green in the Outside)

They forgot to bolt down the sunroof visor, so naturally it flew off into traffic on the interstate. Hope no one was hurt. On my side mirror someone aggressively scratched some stray paint off leaving a large zigzag scratch, looking far worse than if they had just kept the small amount of paint there.

I was referred by a friend to come and check out Maaco for body work. At first i was a little shaky about it, but after coming down and seeing their work i was ready for them to get started. The prices were great, and something that was in my budget. I also referred people to come and get work done

Went to this maaco and left and got another quote at the maaco on Tara Blvd for half of the price. This maaco over charges for services. Do your research before getting services done.

Would not estimate dent repair on the phone and did not offer to consider photos. Took my business to a different local Maaco. Life is too short to deal with bad people.
