While staying at a friends house a yard maintenance worker scratched my drivers side front door by backing his lawnmower into it. The maintenance company agreed to pay for the repairs to my car, but asked for three quotes to complete the work. I first went to a very reputable shop in the Newnan area. I explained the situation and about thirty minutes later I received a quote of $850 and was told that I would be without my car for three days. The following day I went to get the quote from Abra in Peachtree City. I did not have to wait to be quoted and the woman who helped me (should have gotten her name) was very friendly and helpful. After I explained the situation she grabbed the camera and went to inspect the damage. As soon as she saw the scratch she said "if you have about 10 minutes I think we can get it done". Needless to say, I was a bit skeptical. I reiterated that a third party was going to be paying for it, and I was simply getting quotes. She called over one of the techs and he confirmed that he could just buff it out. Then they blew me away... they informed me that they would do it for FREE! 9 minutes later the scratch was GONE. These nice folks were fully aware that they could make a good bit of money off of me, and instead they reminded me of what customer service is all about. I recently bought a used vehicle that has some pretty significant paint damage and I am looking forward to taking it back to Abra. They have just earned my business for many years to come.

i went to get a repair estimate for my car that was rear-ended. my first estimate was from a non-approved insurance shop and wasnt accepted. the insurance company sent me a check for a lower amount. i went to ABRA to get an estimate and told them it was self pay. they glanced over it and told be to claim it on insurance or take it to a small mom and pop shop. they didnt want to do a full inspection for repairs. all i wanted was an estimate and not a lecture to claim it. customer service is lacking if you dont file a claim. do they really think customers cant pay for repairs out of pocket?

Service was good until I had questions about my repairs. Car was involved in a wreck, only the outside needed repairs. Things such as my console, and electrical socket (car charger socket) was broken when I received my car back. After bein questioned no employee seemed to know what happened and all were unwilling to repair. Claimed that they were not "accident related". Company refused to repair what thy had broken!!! Reconsider before going here!!

Great experience! Had a bit of drama happen after my car was fixed. When the clean up crew was doing finishing the car, they mustve sprayed down the engine. The next day while I was driving, my car started acting funny. I ended up breaking down on the highway. Long story short and much drama later (between getting a tow truck and troubleshooting the engine), there was simply fluid in one of the spark plug chambers.

I VERY highly recommend ABRA! Exceptional service and high quality workmanship. My car looks like brand new. I cant tell that it was ever wrecked!!! You rock, ABRA of PTC!!! Oh, and I g!ot my car back sooner than expected!
