I bought a new bumper and called to have it painted. Intended to install it myself but was told theyd paint it and install would be included in the price. They did a decent job painting it but when I asked about having it installed they actually laughed at me and informed me that installation was "obviously going to cost more". So I will be installing it myself. Could have had it done by now if they hadnt avoided my calls for three days. Funny thing is, I got exactly what I originally asked for, but they somehow still managed to lose future business.
