For those of you who go the extra mile to take care of your vehicles I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DAYTON COLLISION CENTER IN DAYTON, TN. I brought my Toyota FJ Cruiser to them 7 years ago for body work after an accident with a deer. 7 years later I am still suffering through issues that resulted from the poor work that they performed on my FJ. I am sitting in the Toyota Service Center as I write this review. I am paying $100 out of pocket to replace a panel on the exterior body of my truck because when DCC installed it the first 2 times they could not figure out how to do it properly. After their first attempt at installation, the panel blew off on the interstate and busted my windshield. Im finding out today that in their 2nd attempt at installation they still couldnt figure it out because they broke 3 of the mounting clips on the panel and decided to go ahead and glue it down. Well, the glue has worn off and I have to replace the entire panel b/c of the clips being broken. I also have to pay extra for labor because of the time involved with cleaning the glue from the perimeter of where this panel was installed. Now, let me address the busted windshield from the first installation and how they handled that. I specifically requested that they use Safelite when replacing the windshield. A week after bringing my FJ back home there was a heavy rain and when I opened my drivers door the next day I found the floorboard flooded with water. I contacted Safelite to see if they could send someone out to check the windshield installation. They informed me that they did not install the windshield. So, I contact the owner of DCC and he stated that he used a different windshield company because they were cheaper. However, I was still charged the Safelite price. The other company came out to check the windshield and stated that they could not duplicate customer concern. Every rain since then I have a flooded floorboard. So, I reiterate, if you care about your vehicle(s), do not use Dayton Collision Center in Dayton, TN.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my life. Number one, they had one customer in the shop getting an estimate and told me to come back later. Two, the guy who gave me an estimate had a smart remark about me skinning up my new car when a lawnmower ran over a rock and dented it. Number 3, the lady who assigns the jobs and one of the guys who works on cars had a full out argument in front of me about how he never wanted to do jobs, and I quote "I am tired of his lazy ass crying ever time I give him a job to do." Number four, I told them that I was not turning it in on my insurance because its such a small dent, there is no need. They called me to say they havent received anything from my insurance. Do not go to this place. Im getting my car fixed by them because I have no other choice.

Our insurance told us $200 and when my wife picked up the car they said there was no charge. They were very friendly and professional. They explained what they did and showed her the repair. Asked if she was happy with their work and if she needed anything else. And their two little dogs are cute and friendly too! Great place to do business and we will definitely use them again. Thanks Dayton Collision!!!

I cannot say enough great things about "Dayton Collision Center". From the phone call from Tracy to the conscientious service from Brad, I had a completely enjoyable experience. The best part is that my 2015 Subaru looks showroom beautiful, and I highly recommend their skills and professionalism.. Thank-you, Dayton Collision Center!

My father went in there 5 minutes before closing just to ask a simple question about purchasing a top for his pickup, the woman was very rude and unprofessional, telling him they were already closed. He told her he just had a quick question and she flat out told him they were now closed. Guess his business is going to Chattanooga.
