If I could give Universal Body Shop more than 5 stars, I would. I will NEVER go anywhere else. The only two accidents I have ever been in were at the fault of the other driver. Both times, the driver was not paying attention and slammed into the back of my car causing extensive damage. That being said, not being from the area and being a woman, I was nervous about taking my car anywhere. So, a friend of mine, who has "classic cars" and only goes to Universal Body Shop, referred me. From start to finish, they have always gone above and beyond for me (both times). They are honest, have great customer service and do awesome work. The entire process is/was as seemless as possible. They are on the other side of town from me but having that peace of mind is worth the 30 minute drive. I hope to not get into any more accidents but they have a customer for life. *** Just to show the kind of people they are - After my first accident, my car was in the shop. I had to travel and it wasnt until on my way to the airport I realized my license was nowhere to be found. I remembered my passport was in my car (stupid, I know; wont ever happen again). Mitsy (sp?) from Universal Body Shop drove all the way to the airport, in rush hour traffic, to bring me my passport so I wouldnt miss my flight. Though I do not recommend anyone doing that or asking her to do that, to me, that just shows what kind of people they have running that establishment.

Unlike the others Im giving a review BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE! I was rear ended & my car looks a mess. I went to other body shops to get estimates and felt indifferent about their approach. I have a 2015 vehicle and feel that I deserve the best for my repair. Like most people, I took my car to Universal because of the reviews. Sergio and Company made me feel welcome from the very beginning. They are professional, informative, and precise with their deliverables. Yet they make sure that they break the process down so that you understand. You can tell they are passionate not only about their work but making sure you’re comfortable and well informed. I can’t stress how important transparent communication is in these situations and Universal has all bases covered. They are the perfect liaison for any insurance company. They correspond well with them while looking out for your best interest. So right now, they have exceeded my expectations. If the stellar service I’m getting now reflects the end result I’m sure I”ll be satisfied.

Universal Body shopped exceeded my expectations to the fullest. I have a 2010 BMW E92 M3 and refuse to take my vehicle somewhere that does not take care of the car as their own. I was told the M3 would be put indoors over night, and it was (I came at night to verify, and saw that it wasnt kept outdoors). The mileage on my car was kept at a minimal so unlike many other places, the workers did not drive it! (what a relief). Besides the small technicalities, this place did an amazing job with an amazing price. Everything that was worked on looked brand new. I was even offered additional services at a cheaper cost than the competitors in the ATL area. I have recommended this place to 4 of my friends and coworkers AND recommend it to anyone else..Friendly staff and fast service..I give it an A++

Cant give a higher rating for these guys! I was rear ended and from the very beginning Ivan and Sergio have taken care of everything. Ivan went to bat with the insurance agency when they shortchanged the amount due for repairs, they offered great recommendations on how to go about fixing and were prompt in actually taking care of the repairs. The most important thing to me is that everyone here actually loves cars, and youll never feel like they are rushing you into a decision or trying to get you off of the line when asking questions. Ivan told me from day one that hell treat my car like its his own, and I can say that he actually means it! Ive already recommended Universal to friends and family but anybody needing custom work or just standard repairs should come work with these guys!

The thing that I really like about this body shop is that they try to help you sincerely. If you are not satisfied with their works, you could talk it out and work with them. I got into an accident. My rear bumper was damaged. They only took a few days to to fix my car. At first, I was not 100% happy with their works because they missed some points that I requested them to fix. I left with my car that day. They called me back later saying that I could bring my car back so they could fix them for me. They added details cleaning and fixed the scratches at front on my car for free in 2 days after I brought my car back. Overall, I think this body shop is one rank higher than other body shops. I strongly recommend this bodyshop to everyone!

Fantastic, friendly and very helpful. I needed a dent pulled out and my bumper replaced. I got many quotes and the quote they gave me was the cheapest by $100. The shop was well presented and the staff were polite and I (as a woman) felt safe, I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of, like I had felt at other body shops. They did the job quickly and dropped off my car for me for free. When I got my car back, I hardly recognized it! they had cleaned the outside and the dented panel didnt even look like anything had happen. The inside had been vacuumed and the windows cleaned, it was amazing. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone, Fast, friendly and inexpensive service.

Universal auto body and collision came highly recommended when I needed some repair work on the front bumper of my vehicle. From start to finish the service was 100% on point. I received regular detailed phone updates throughout the entire process. When I picked up my vehicle, the repair work was top notch. Shout outs to Sergio, Benjamin, Carlos and Mileydy for a job well done!!! The professional yet down to earth attitude and the exceptional workmanship will bring me back again for any body/paint work I need in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at an excellent price with a staff that that makes customer satisfaction a priority.

Universal is top notch. I did a lot of research before choosing a body shop and Universal was the right choice. I cant tell that my car had been in an accident at all. A lot of blending had to be done on my Lexus which can be tricky at times. They also use OEM parts rather than aftermarket which I was grateful for. Mileydy was extremely helpful as she kept me in touch through the whole process by giving me frequent updates. One big issue I normally have with other body shops in the past is the lack of communication and updates and this was not the case here. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I picked up my 2008 Toyota Highlander from Universal today and was not in the least surprised that the bumper replacement was exactly as described... a perfect job! I learned about Universal through Yelp Reviews and when I saw one after another of excellent reviews, I drove right out to see them. Carlos is such a thorough and trustworthy young man that when he commented that I might want to get another estimate just to compare, I said, "No, I know that you will do the job as quoted." Another lovely surprise was while the quote was reasonable, they came in under budget. Totally pleased.
