I have had nothing but positive experiences with this child care facility. My sons and I enjoy the teachers. They are always friendly and my babies are constantly learning. My 3 year old engages in activities such as music time and in-house field trips. He is doing an excellent job with his counting and his alphabet. My 1 year old is beginning to speak very well and he is more interactive. The facility even has a swimming pool which allows the children to participate in water activities. I appreciate that they have menu printouts available by the front door every week so I know what days to avoid having my babies in white, LOL! My husband even likes the daycare and he is very difficult to please. I am rating the daycare four stars rather than five because I wish that they did not have television at all in the facility. I would rather my children participate in hands on activities throughout the day rather than having TV time. My 3 year old also came home recently singing songs I have never heard of that were sexually explicit in nature. I cannot blame the daycare specifically, however, because I was told that the kids only listen to KidzBop. P.S.: The extended hours are a LIFESAVER!! My work hours make it extremely difficult to get to my babies by 6:30 so it is wonderful that I am able to get to them by 6:45 without worrying that DFCS will be called! LOL!!

This is a very poor daycare. I do not understand how they are still in business. My daughters first day of school everybody was nice and walked her to her class but when i went to pick her up her eye was bruised . I asked why nobody knew and still to the day nobody could tell me what happened. Their cameras do not work , so even if you ask them to run it back they cant. They feed the kids little to nothing . My daughter would come there for breakfast and they will feed her cereal and fruit for breakfast almost every morning . She would be starving every time she came home. Her pampers would go missing all the time and they have sent my baby home with pampers that were not even hers. She also had caught thrush on the first week and now has a fever from that nasty daycare. They do not clean the toys and have little girls (non certified) in and out of that daycare watching your kids. Last but not least they never asked for my daughters Immunization records and allowed her to stay there for a whole month. So they really do not care about your childs well being or how much they feed them or clean the facility !!!!! Stay away from this place . I regret taking my daughter here she is now out and is much happier .

Quick to give you a notice about the money you owe but at the same time they wont even process your money on your account so you will end up having a late fee. How about you make the deposits twice a week like you say and keep the accounts current! They are constantly hiring people that stay on their phones and do not pay attention to the kids they are paid to watch. I cant wait until my daughter goes to elementary school. The office staff sucks and the workers dont care. Let me say SOME dont care. All of the people that actually loved their job and cared about the kids are no longer working there. Ms. Cricket and Ms. Shaun! This place would be great if they actually cared about the kids and their well-being. I am OVER this place!

My 5 month old daughter attends Mt Zion Childcare. She loves it. She happy and they work with her on reaching her developmental milestones. I get a detailed daily report of her day and the teachers are very attentive. The facility is clean and well taken care of. They do require that the kids have vaccinations. And will let you know if one of them is showing in GRITS as expired (missed.) As Im a proponent of vaccinations I like that they make sure all the kids stay up to date. The kids are kids and as any mom will tell you, have selective hearing at times, but for the most part are respectful and behave themselves according to their ages development.

The nursery just handed over my daughter to my step mother without asking who she was. My step mother said the supervisor was away,so the lady in the nursery didnt even go to the back and check to see who she was. She just said she was here for my daughter and gave her over! I told that lady any woman couldve can in there and asked for my daughter and she wouldve gave her to a complete stranger. I left my step mothers name at the front desk so she shouldve first confirmed it with her boss All she said was sorry! Like that was it. Dont leave your babies here! They will just hand them over to anyone who knows the name of your child.

Some of the children from this facility were at the Georgia aquarium today and they were poorly supervised and running all over. Several times groups of children from this facility pushed my 2 year old out of the way so that they could view something. The children were running around in packs with little to no staff in sight... I feel sorry for the children who are learning no manners and could easily have been hurt or abducted while running wild.

Be very careful.I would not trust them on any level. The worst daycare on so many levels.Owner and Director Ms Chris they are snakes.Do your research very poor experience not to mention they have a poor reputation with a lot of social workers and other professionals. They are very racist and unprofessional and thats putting it nicely. Not sure how they are still in business. Its just a matter of time.

My daughter and son has been at this daycare for almost 2 months and I absolutely love it. Ms. Tina actually takes the time out to teach her students and my daughter has learned a lot within the time frame she has been there. My son is in the toddler room with Ms. Anita and she has the sweetest spirit and he also enjoy the interaction with other students along with the outdoor play time.

My kids have been attending this center for thirteen years. They have been enrolled from the time they were infants, in the pre-k program, afterschool, and summer camp. I can honestly say that overall my experiences with them have been great. My kids learn and are well taken care of. The hours of operation are very accommodating as well.

I worked here and I dont like how they treated their staffs.. They treated people how they wanted to and they was very messy. a lot of gossip about staff and parents. You had some teachers that actually cared about the students and some who just came to get a check.
