1. The baby rooms "caregiver" tells other babies "dont nobody want you" as she walks away from them; will tell you your baby has acne because you kiss her too much, then kiss her with the wart side of her face; she comes in sick to work and gets your baby sick then proceeds to neglect her, leaves her to cry on a boppy all day and condescend to you the day shes told to stop kissing your baby because she got her sick; and picks up / drops babies to the ground by one arm. 2. Finance manager charges you several times for the same weeks then refuses to answer when you ask exactly how much you owe for which weeks and refuses to submit subsidy paperwork for you for over a month while your child is there (even though you brought the paperwork in months in advance) I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I love it the teachers are awesome teaches the kids everything that they need to know for kindergarten. If you have any problem the staff are on it i havent had any problems except the first couple weeks of school but you have to look at it they just being kids and getting use to opening up to other kids that there not familiar with other kids

I just love the staff, everyone is so nice and get with a smile!!! My daughter really took to the care providers, OMG words cannot express how happy I am to have found a daycare that is just so awesome:) keep up the fantastic job Lake Harbin~Kindercare √
