This place is NOT a learning center, its a bunch of babysitters. They dont report incidents or have any interest in interacting with the children. They sit on the sidelines while the children play amongst themselves. For what they are charging there should be more structured activity, right now my child is just being watched and fed but little else. On several occasions I have requested a meeting with the owners over unreported incidents and have not received so much as a return phone call. We are taking our child out and will look for better care elsewhere. I would advise parents who want QUALITY childcare to pass on this center. This is not a learning environment. Its a poorly run business. They should be able to retain their employees. You never know who is there when you show up to drop your child off. I am uncomfortable leaving my child with a stranger every week, kids need stability and familiarity. The site director/administrator is clueless and tactless. She is a buffer for the owners and your complaints wont warrant any action on their part. She will stall you out until you give up. They dont get back to you. There is a lot more that I could add to my review but wont. Google the following and see for yourself - Mundys Mill Learning Center, Bright Star Learning Center, World Class Childcare they are all the same place. Kind of telling huh? In the past year this place has been run into the ground by a string of owners. Hopefully whoever reads this takes heed and will avoid the frustration and confusion that is commonplace at this center. Anyone who drives past this place regularly will notice how empty the parking lot is these days. Pick up and drop off time used to bustle, now its a trickle of parents and kids.

my first day was bad should had did my research on this place they told me my child didnt eat all day but his bottles was empty when i got his bag back 5 hours later from picking him up.... smh now i want to take him out its so much more i can say ......... it was just his first day ! wow it went soo bad 6 infants and only one teacher ???? dont think hes going back

I would rate a 0 THIS is the cheapest daycare in the area, and if you enroll your kid(s) here you will quickly find out why. inexperienced staff and super hyper director, no one is ever on the same page. Dont pay for confusion. RUN FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
