Read the review below and Ive been going here for 2 years! My stylist is Whitney. When I say master stylist, she is that and so much more! Wash, blow dry, curl, cut, color, style, twist, updo, lock,... What more is there?! Im extremely picky about my hair and never am I dissatisfied! Yes, we laugh and talk, but Whitney is fast! She has her own system. The salon is filled with talented women including the owner... These are wonderful women in their own right! Give Whitney a try! You will not regret it and you will be back! And lastly, if you want your wedding hair to be the talk at the wedding, Kristina and Whitney, the dynamic duo, is who you want, but if youre out of town, travel expenses are expected!

While my hair comes out quite nicely, their customer service is terrible. I set my appointment at a particular time, and I had to wait in the salon for over an hour before they could take me. At one point, my hair was being done by a dresser who was talking to her friend the whole time and left me waiting, not paying attention to my hair at all. Eco Salon & Spa simply does not know how to manage their clients.

Disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 6:30 appointment. Not once did anyone on staff acknowledge me or ask who I was there to see or what help I needed. After waiting 45 minutes I walked out. Why do Black owned salons not understand the importance of customer service. I will not be recommended this salon to any of my natural hair sisters.
