Madera is horrible! I made an appointment at her salon, never been there. I had to change the appointment several times because first, I had no one to keep my 2 year old. Second, I had to move out of my apartment. So I changed my appointment and left a message saying I was intending to reschedule because I did not see a place on her manage appointments page that allows you to reschedule. I receive several text messages from her saying to call her. I call her back immediately and she spends 4 minutes and 33 seconds on the phone telling me how I didnt properly call to cancel my appointments, how valuable her time is, about people making bogus appointments and about how she should charge me a $25 fee but shes not going to this time. I sat there while this woman felt the need to scold me like a child and treat me like I was stupid directing me to places on her website, for not calling to cancel an appointment when I left a message on her website saying it was my intention to reschedule my appointment. It was incredibly unprofessional to call a potential client and go off on them on the phone and even though I apologized repeatedly, that was not good enough. She continued to talk about how I should have seen how to properly cancel an appointment and how she is losing money if someone does not show up. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional and unnecessary. I dont know how she does hair, but I know she is very disrespectful and again, I apologized multiple times on the phone for not properly rescheduling appointments according to her. Very bad businesswoman.

I Lovee Mojazz ! I have been a customer since i was a freshman and i have now recently graduated from High School. Madera has been doing my hair flawlessly and i never leave disappointed. i always get the Keratin Treatment i have been getting them since i first started going to Mojazz. I have thick coarse hair and its excellent for my hair. Before i had the Keratin it was nearly impossible for me to work with my hair the Keratin does wonders for my hair and i dont even have to worry about getting it every couple of weeks like you would a perm. Throughout those 4 years ive been living in Florida and coming back to Lawerenceville every summer and in Florida its hot , muggy and humid. I dont have to worry about ever having a bad hair day. The Keratin last for 7-8 months and all you really have to do to maintain the Keratin is wash your hair with the Keratin shampoo its that simple. I also love how much my hair has grown out since i started . When i first got the Keratin back in 2010 my hair was maybe mid-way through my ears and in the first two years my hair grew to past my shoulders. The price is defiantly worth it !!! You will never be disappointed ! (:

I come every week to the salon and every time I come I have a wonderful experience.. not only am I a customer I have built a great friendship with the ladies of MoJazz over the years.. every time I come I feel at home and I am always satisfied and pleased with my hair. Healthy hair matters at MoJazz!!!
