I love going to Ulta but this location has horrible customer service. For prom my original makeup artist canceled on me so I called Ulta to schedule an appointment. On the day of prom I arrived to find that Joanne (my makeup artist) was double booked. When the lady at the computer went over to Joanne with my mother and I standing right there she says "OH NO WHY WOULD SOMEONE GIVE ME A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!". Mind you my appointment was at 11:15 is was not serviced until 12:05 and Joanne disclosed to me that she could only do my foundation and eyebrows. Crying in the middle of the store a cancellation hadden in one of the real makeup artist schedule and she was able to give me my prom face that I loved.

I was already pleased with Ulta as a retail store, but I went in yesterday for a hair cut. After a decade of bad experiences with hairdressers, I was leary, but I had to go somewhere. I said anyone would do, and they put me with Joanne Rose. When she started snipping, I almost fainted, but she told me, "Relax. I know what Im doing." What an understatement. My haircut is brilliant, and my hair has never looked this good. She introduced me to several Redkin products, which I purchased on my way out. I did my own hair this morning, and it looks great! Thats the measure of a good haircut. If you want the best hairstyle youve ever had, go see Joanne. You wont be disappointed.

They "stylist" I had ruined my hair! I dont know what Im gonna do now! The way she cut my hair I cant straighten it because it is uneven and frizzy and she destroyed my curls! The sad thing is I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair n she butchered it! I told her I wanted to keep my length when she turned me around n I saw my hair in the mirror I wanted to cry, she took about 10-11 inches! I warn everyone to be careful at this salon! Its been a few months n my hair still hasnt recovered! It might be years before my hair is healthy silky n beautiful again! The products she recommended made my hair oily so I stopped using them right away! Please be careful! :(

I have been shopping at this Ulta fairly regularly for the past year. Customer service wise, I have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, on multiple instances, I have purchased products only to open them up at home and discover they have been used. Once was with a body cream, where I found several hairs (looked like pet hair maybe), and another time was with a Becca gift set where each indivual product was used and dirty. If you are buying anything here, beware. Inspect your products before you take them home.

I love this cosmetic store. Its usually well stocked and they have several cosmetic reps in the store. There is a salon in the back. They carry perfume for men and women along with endless hair and nail products. There are cosmetic lines from expensive to Ultas own brand that I have used many times very successfully. Their brands have a great price point and work well. Love to just go in and browse for a while. They also have a points card and you get a free gift on your birthday if you have the card. Well worth signing up!

They are ALWAYS out of stock of whatever I’m looking for whenever I go there. Primer? Foundation? Weekend? Tuesday? Doesn’t matter. They’re out of stock. If this happened once or twice then I wouldn’t be writing this but I’m not exaggerating when I say that half the time I’m in there I leave empty handed because who ever is running this store doesn’t think its important to order enough stock to last more than four days. Guess they dont want my money.

Love Ulta, but NOT this location. The store was unorganized and their customer service is horrendous! I walked around for about 5 minutes and couldnt find anyone on staff whod even make eye contact with me. Everyone was pretending to be far too busy. I left my shopping bag FULL of items near the sales rep and walked out. The location near Mall of Georgia has excellent customer service and is now my GO-To Ulta location.

This Ulta has problems keeping items in stock. Staff is marginal (except at check-out). Some toe the line of being rude and others are just disinterested. Good luck getting help here. It doesnt take much to talk me into buying something I dont really need. Thankfully, I never have to worry about that at this Ulta because its a pretty safe bet that no one will talk to you at all and your shade wont be in stock.

The Salon I love. Recently went to get my hair cut and highlights done by Tibebe for the second time now and loved it each time. She did a great job and is super nice. Accommodated me on short notice by rescheduling a weekend appointment too! However I did not have such a good experience with a purchase in the store this summer (tried to redeem a coupon) !

Its ok store. Stocked almost as well as any other ulta in the area however I felt compelled to write a review online because of the downright rude customer service I received from Yolanda. She was so rude I assisted myself after speaking with her and ordered what I wanted online. I hate spending money in a place were the associates are rude.

Very disorganized and poorly stocked store. They were out of their most popular make-up ptoducts. The customer service was substandard as well. The staff didnt speak or offer to help customers. When asked to help, the staff was not knowledgeable about the products or aware of when more inventory would be received.

Very helpful there when daughter needed makeup for an event. But they are ridiculously expensive. Like nearly twice the cost of the same product at department stores. Doesnt make sense. Works for people who need different brands and dont want to go to multiple places. And that have deep pockets.

the customer service is terrible! all of the workers seemed like they had something better to do then help me . When I finally got a hold of one lady she seemed rushed and too busy for me. Also they were out of EVERYTHING. although I go to ulta a lot this one is definitely not a favorite!

I was looking for a product advertised in the circular. They had none in stock, and I was instructed to call when shipment came on Wednesday to hold product. I called, but was told they had not unpacked yet, and put off for another couple of days. Never even offered to hold it. Rude!

Customer service here is nearly non-existent. You can walk into the store and walk around for an hour and not one employee will acknowledge you. They rarely have enough cashiers during busy times. Management needs to step it up or be replaced.

Usually the customer service sucks but I have noticed a huge change in the store lately everyone is way more attentive. I will say it is poorly stocked. But over all I love ULTA .. just this location I have a love hate relationship with.

Salespeople are very helpful, but dont trust product availability from website. 3 items that I checked, showing as in stock in the store, were actually out of stock. Great selection and prices--just issues with items being in stock.
