Horrible service and dishonest people! I came to this establishment in hopes of finding a new salon after going to the Dominican Salon in Conyers on Green Street. FYI: the one on green street is a disgrace and i ran away from there. The owner at New Concepts used to work at the green street salon and finally came up on her own business. At the other salon she burned me with blow dryer and knowing that she burned off my hair in back she pushed my hand away and offered to wrap my hair. I accepted due to having a flight to catch for a funeral. 2 days later when i unwrapped my hair i notice some of my hair was stuck in scabbing and i was missing hair. She never fessed up when i called salon. Fast forward: I came to New Concepts with excitement to find a new place. The stylist was suppose to meet me for a 8am appt but didnt show until after 12pm. I quickly noticed it was her and put 2 and 2 together after inquiring about her previous jobs and left in middle of hair wash. Stay away!! Trust me if you care about your hair and service do not go here.

Dont go here! Worst Dominican hair salon I have ever been too and the lady that did my hair was rude, she gave me really bad heat damage, and she didnt know what she was doing! Dont go here especially if your natural
