Horrible! Rude, unprofessional, extremely poor listening skills and no comprehension of what it takes to "get it right or even TRY to make it right". It took 2 people to translate to one who spoke no English! From jump she motioned for me to put my feet in spa water and the water was STINGING HOT! Not warm - HOT HOT HOT! I asked how she got her license if she spoke no English ... The bossy one said "you dont worry about license..." It just went down hill from there, folks! Ive never not tipped and tipped well for services -- but I had no remorse, and thats saying something. Dont waste your time and if you have any special instructions .... Forget it!!!

I would give no stars if possible. The employees at this salon are completely unprofessional. The nail tech yelled at my wife for asking for one nail to be repaired. She even started complaining to the only other costumer in the salon right in front of my wife ABOUT my wife. If you or someone you know wants to be treated with kindness, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

My sisters, niece and I went for the first time. Extremely satisfied with the service. It was my nieces first pedicure and she loved it. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The tech was gentle but thorough. She constantly asked me if liked everything, throughout the entire process. And the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back.

This salon has gone down hill since the original owner "Kim" sold it. The staff has become very unprofessional. Prices have increased. The past 3 times I have gone there they have messed up the polish and when asked to redo it they become very angry. I have been going to this salon since they opened, but will not be going back.

This place is very quiet and professional. The workers are very friendly although they dont speak english very well, its very understandable and cute. :) They will help you reach your satisfactions and will be glad to fix anything that you dont like with no mean mugging or complaints haha. I love this nail shop ~
