I had a horrible experience at this location. I went in and started browsing when I stopped to look at the Lancôme section. The makeup consultant for Lancôme came up and asked me and my friend if we were looking for anything in particular and I said how I had been searching for lipstick. And she proceeded to tell me that I had stopped in the most expensive makeup stall in the store (like I didnt know) and proceeded to tell me that she wasnt going to spend anytime helping me because she didnt think I would purchase anything because it was out of my price range, which I had mentioned nothing about. And during this whole conversation, she was very rude and condescending. And then when I went to the counter to find the manager, I found a very unfriendly, rude person with no customer service skills whatsoever who wasnt helpful in resolving the situation where I felt like I was mistreated as a customer l. Very disappointed in the customer service and would recommend that if you respect yourself that you dont continue to shop at this location.

Im still so mad about my hair almost three weeks later . this was the first time I went out without my kids I left the husband for the day for 200 something dollars I could have went to Sallys and done this myself. My hair is the darkest Ive ever had it. She told me she couldnt do the Ombre that I wanted because of the color of my hair so she was going to do it a chocolate brown with lighter highlights but my hair looks black and the highlights you cant even notice them what pissed me off even more is when she did the highlight she says oh well your hair took the color very well I guess I could have done the ombre after all(light dirty blonde) in 5,6 weeks you can come back and get it done They were closing but I was still sitting with dye in my hair I wanted my hair layered you cant even tell its layered she didnt even cut my ends and then I got charge for cut and style when she hardly even blow-dried it ,she didnt flat iron it ... Im so annoyed I hate the look of my hair Sallys next time

Had appointment there, made it hours before I actually needed to be there. So I get there, Im waiting, then about 20 min. after the appointment time somebody decides to call the stylist to find out whats up. Im sick she says. Dont think Id be going out on a limb here by saying I didnt want to call in sick on a Friday night the day before Christmas. So Id like to thank you for wasting several hours of my time waiting on you to call in sick. Not cool. Not only did you lose my business but hopefully anyone who reads this wants to know who they can count on to be there to do their job. And by extension this particular Ulta has lost whatever business I was giving them. I feel like they should have known before I got there what was up or at the very least found someone to cover the appointment. I am not happy, I am also not looking for a freebie. Ill be going elsewhere thank you. This appointment was for my wife. She just didnt want to waste anymore of her time on this.

Last night I visited the salon to get my hair colored. My appointment was with Amber. This was my first visit with her and she was amazing. Not only was she coloring my hair but at the same time she was working on someone to correct a problem from another salon. She was courteous and patient with her clients. always asking if I was ok. I only met her last night but felt as if I had been going to see her for a long time. You will definitely be please with amber. I love the salon as this is the only place you can go that you can shop while you wait for your color to process and you get points for your salon visit. Love it!

It was a great visit! Amber is a great hair dresser! I recommend her to anyone who goes here. The atmosphere of the salon is amazing and theres just all around good vibes. This is definitely a hidden jem that should not be overlooked!

Amber did an amazing job on my hair! Very friendly staff and they listen to what you want. When you say trim they trim your hair and make you feel fabulous. Highly recommend Amber! She is amazing!
