I went into see my usual hair colorist on Thursday 12/31/10. She discreetly but professionally informed me there had been something conflict between herself & the owner. She stated that I was her last appointment there, that she was moving to another location. I did notice I was not greeted upon entering, wether this was because they knew I was her client from having been there previously I do not know. I dont usually make it a habit to write reviews but I felt the following incident deserved a review since it did involve what happened during the course of my color. My colorist was rinsing a girl just before starting on me, & had commented on the water only being luke warm. I had noticed a blonde with tight cloths & curls that works there who kept going into the side door where the water heater and restroom was, however she wasnt in there long enough to actually use the bathroom. This did not become apparent until it came time to rinse me, but just before rinsing me the blonde had gone in that side door once again, but only for less than a minute. After getting laid back at the rinse bowl my colorist turned on the water and tested it and it was ice cold, keep in mind this is December. She let it run a bit and it was still ice cold. She checked the other bowl, ice cold. Now, my colorist is totally capable & knowledgable of working a faucet & shampoo bowl. The gentleman barber at the chair down from us said whats wrong, the colorist stated, the water its ice cold. I was like will this ruin my hair staying in too long. She assured me I would be fine. Well she said I cant believe this, this is unbelieveable. She said I honestly believe they actually cut the hot water valve off. I thought they were going in there way more than usual. I just thought, surely not must be something wrong coincidental, but it wasnt.... Finally the blonde walked over and said is there a problem or whats wrong, and the colorist said the water its ice cold. She rolled her eyes, walked into the side door & immediately came back out. SURPRISE, there was hot water!!! I know people will have differences with co-workers but to sabotage someone with a client! UNBELIEVEABLE. That is totally unacceptable, unprofessional & immature. Also, I believe my colorist had a young apprentice assisting her, Is this the kind of example to set for her? I would not recommend anyone that I know go there! Even though they pulled that stunt my hair turned out GREAT! Which is what matters, but it was the whole ethics of the entire situation that never shouldve happened.

I have recently switched from my stylist of 7 years to North Ga Haircutters. Since my switch, I have gotton several different hair style cuts and one color. Vicki, my stylist, did an excellent job coloring my hair. She used three different colors and she was very meticulous. The color came out beautiful and it looks very natural. They are creative and professional. I highly recommend North Ga Haircutters and I will continue to trust my hair to Vicki! -Regina S.

Vikki has been in charge of coloring and cutting my hair as well as the hair of both of my daughters for a long time and we have always been very happy with the results. She manages to get just the right color we are going for and we are VERY picky and difficult with our color requests!

Worst place ever. Boyfriend asked for a medium fade. The woman who did his hair had the name Vikki on her apron. She did a terrible job. She cut his scalp a bunch, shaved his hair ridiculously short when it wasnt what he asked for, and took forever to do the awful job that she did.

Drove from Villa Rica to Dalhonega just to get a cut and color from Rebecca at this location! She gave me exactly what I wanted which was no small feat with my ultra thick and curly hair. They had a play area that entertained my 4 year old son during the experience. I love it here!

Prices are awesome and I never leave disappointed! Caitlin and Vikki are the best!!!! They can handle any color situation, my hair has been blue to grey and black, to purple and now back to blonde!
