I really like this salon. Complimentary bottled water or soft drinks offered. Wait time is non-existent. Conveniently located and very easy to find. All of the stylists are very friendly and professional. They possess a high level of expertise. My hair was cut & styled to perfection. I can hardly say enough good things about my recent experience with Hair Smithsonian. Prices are in line with other "High End" salons. Remember, you get what you pay for. If youre looking for a "cheap haircut" then I would advise going to a barber shop. Of course you wont get the level of service as you would here, but you might save a buck or two. Overall I Highly Recommend Hair Smithsonian to men or women looking for all of the services that this Perfect Salon has to offer. I would like to personally thank Kelly for the superb cut & style you that you gave me. I rate Hair Smithsonian Salon a 5 Star Salon. You cant go wrong here and you will not be disappointed. I went on to get my hair fixed because the blonde wasnt blended. I was confident that it would look good but once I got into a different lighting it was orange not blonde and was worse then when I went in.. A week or so later I call because I could not do anything to get the orange out and she got a little offended that k didnt like my hair. I came back in to get it fixed only to walk out into different light and realize it is still orange just higher up on my head... And the worst part is that I had to pay to get it "fixed" and it is still orange and not what I wanted.

I lost my stylist, and in a panic I called Hair Smithsonian. I wanted a totally new cut which I described and had a similar picture for, and my 3 year old daughter was getting her first haircut. From the moment we walked in Kelly treated us like old friends. We both got amazing cuts. In 37 years this cut is definitely in the top 2, maybe #1. And she treated my 3yo like a princess. No fear Hair Smithsonian and Kelly, we found you, we love you, we shall return.

Its common to get charged more for long hair. I have used several salons and I have long hair and have gotten charged more each time. Ashley Williams does my hair and we sit down before each appointment and discuss what I would like to have done. She also goes over prices with me. I have never been charged more than what I was supposed to have been charged. These girls work hard and they do a great job.

I LOVED my experience here! The ladies bounce ideas off of each other so you have a well thought out experience and they always have cute ideas for their marketing. Loved coming to visit and leaving extremely satisfied. I have gotten SO many compliments on my new hair! Love them and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Ashley was great for a formal up do! Gave her very little instruction and it came out matron of honor perfect! I live 40 minutes away and needed a place close to the wedding site but Ill come back it was so great!!!

Shady business, dont hold up to their offers. Gf goes for 12$ haircut and ends up charged for $26 bc her hair was "too long".
