Today I was attacked by the director Rikeya Im not sure if thats how you spell her name or not. They stopped charging my card for some reason and I had no idea why because the payment normally come out every Thursday. However she told me that I had a balance of $800 I didnt understand if the first time they needed to charge my card and couldnt then how come they didnt contact me why would they let it build up to such a high bill. I paid half Monday and paid the other half today. She was very rude to me in the process. I asked her what could We do to move forward so that I can feel comfortable with my child attending school and so that we could be on the same page she then told a man to make me leave , I asked why did I have to leave and was he security she told me if was her husband ( not sure what he had to do with anything) I told her I just lost my son 3 weeks ago and that I havent been working and god forbid that ever happened to her and I felt like she couldve worked with me. After all I paid off the balance anyway I just wanted to feel comfortable with her but as soon as I said that she jumped over the counter saying "I dont know if she lost a child" and etc. her daughter was there and she jumped in saying dont talk to my mom get out and I said this has nothing to do with you , after that the director ran up on me to fight me and told me she would kill me if I was to ever talk to her daughter again. I have it all videotaped. I asked several times for the owner number and name and she refused to give it to me. Being that I have everything video taped I plan to sue her and the daycare. Its sad because I really thought this was a good school but apparently not.

I own and operate Five Forks Academy. I read my reviews often for practical purposes. I noticed the review from Anne Water, who is not listed in any of the contact lists for any children enrolled in my center. Therefore, I am considering this post as unreliable. However, this fake named person makes a good point about this time of year and runny noses. We encourage the teachers to wipe the childrens noses as often as necessary. There are two tissue dispensers mounted in each class room. The older children are taught and encouraged to wipe their own nose and of course, wash their hands with soap and water. We use a professionally installed Lysol dispensing system which mixes the for Lysol Concentrated products to exact dilutions. We post the directions for each products proper use. We follow the DECAL rules for disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces in the class rooms. We own a Zono Sanatizing Machine that we operate everyday using a schedule for each class room to sanitize items. I am a nurse and I often research the CDC website for updates and resource material to share with the families and staff. We operate from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and we do our best to clean the center Monday through Friday. However, children are exposed to many bacteria and viruses in their activities of daily living and visiting public places, restaurants and family vehicles. I invite the person who wrote this unreliable review to give me a call at her convenience.

Consider your decision to place your child in this facility very carefully. I had my child at this place for 3 months, before I finally had to uproot him for his safety, and my peace of mind. I witnessed, first hand, my childs teacher berating another child by screaming at him while jabbing her finger in his face, while the child cried. When I went into the room, she completely changed her expression, and smiled in my face. The Director has been overheard talking trash about parents, children, and staff. If they talk about you behind your back, imagine how they will treat your precious child when you leave? Your child deserves better that this.

I have to say this daycare has great location and playground; however, I wish the teachers could clean the kids as necessary. I understand there are many "running noses" in flu season, but cleaning the snot and washing hands is the only way to reduce the cross-infection, as well as to eliminate other contagious diseases. I think for most parents, a healthy kid is the only thing they want.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE FFA. Our son has attended since he was an infant, and we have been impressed with the staff, curriculum and leadership ever since. Kemper is always learning and amazes us with the things that he shows us he is taught at school. Most of all, the directors listen to parents and are always willing to help or address any concerns. They truly care about kids!

Terrible! Director is cold and uncaring and God forbid your child isnt the typical mold they want. Watch these people, nice to your face but not to your kid.

okay, I guess. Just a nice place to leave your kids when you go to work.
