My children loved it when they first started but then Terri was getting bigger and the teachers for Pre K were in and out. They never kept a teacher long. The hours are great if you need to stay late like 7 pm. Ms. Clara is gone and she was one of my favorites. Alethea is gone and my younger daughter learned a lot with her. My biggest issue was with the late girl that isnt there anymore who wouldnt let my 2 year old go to the bathroom and she would have accidents. She was too lazy to take the kids. My daughter came home with no underwear on! Ms. Betty isnt there and my 3 year old loved her and she was great with teaching the kids! The teachers that my kids loved left. My son got bite boy a boy younger than him who has put with older children since some the teachers couldnt control him. He would be high chairs most of the day. One left boy that was in my childs class got intentionally locked outside!!! If your child is a problem child then dont send them here because they will get miss treated all day. One of the buses they were picking up from school in didnt even have a tag on it!!! Beware before just sending your child here. I loved Terri and all but we had to go our separate ways for my childrens safety from other children here. With the Private Pre K program my son was not prepared for Kindergarten this school year. I had to spend a lot of time with him last summer playing catch up and I really thought that he would have to repeat kindergarten again next school year. I know one of the teachers who keeps a log of the violations that the daycare has as well. The guy who use to drive bus called the state on the daycare because the same lil boy who bite my son bite his daughter and he knew about the unsafe conditions of the buses.

I took my one-year-old daughter first to one of the "standard" daycares that looks like every other. I was used to traditional daycares, shiny buildings, and curriculum. I have also worked at one of those daycares a few years ago long enough to know that most of it was just a show for parents. Since bringing my kid to Foundations, she seems happier and more engaged. She is more social with her teachers and classmates here. I think she feels safer here. Moreover, the director is a very visible presence throughout the daycare, and we maintain an open communication as well as between me and her teachers. Everyone there knows my daughter, and she feels completely comfortable there. They take good care of her and meet the individual needs of me and my child when needed. They are more like family to us, and I would highly recommend this daycare. Be warned though, if youre looking for bells and whistles, you wont find it. But you will find openness, support, and love for the kids there.

Everyone was very nice and my daughter cried to stay with her care giver when it was time to go. They have a drop in rate that is unbeatable and it is clear that the staff really wants to get to know all the children because when I went to pick up my daughter all the staff knew her name already and where she was at. It may not be a "fancy" place but it is a great place. Also, they sent homework home for my one year old on her first day!.
