I normally dont post negative reviews but as a parent I feel responsible to give an honest review of my experience with A Mothers Love. In all honesty, I would not recommend this place. For one, the staff is lazy. Everyday that I brought my children in, I was stressed out because I had to spend 15 minutes getting my children settled in. The teacher in the infant room sat there day after day, watching me struggle with my 10 month old in one arm and trying to put on these stupid shoe covers with my other hand. Never once did she move to take my infant out of my arms. I had to put my baby in a swing or play center while the teacher just sat there doing NOTHING!! I could see if she was changing a diaper or feeding a child but none of that was happening. I had to be the one to take my daughters coat off, put it away, put my infants bottles in the refrigerator and such. This took extra time every morning because I had to do this times 2. My 3 year old was left wet several times. Her pants and undies wreaked of pee to the point where she had that ammonia smell that you usually smell when elderly people in the nursing home are left wet for too long. One day, they had french toast for breakfast and my daughter mustve wiped syrup on her forehead because her forehead was sticky and black when I picked her up that evening. That tells me that for a whole day, a whole 9-10 hours, they let her walk around with a dirty sticky forehead. On top of that, I work in Atlanta metro, anyone familiar with this area knows that traveling into the city is crazy and easily takes an hour if not a little more from Gwinnett county depending on how far in you have to go. I was bringing my kids 1.5-2 hours ahead of my scheduled work time so that I would have time to get them checked in and time to travel to work without driving like speed racer. One evening, I had to work late and it was about 9pm when I was en route to the daycare center. I get a call from one of the ladies saying that they only allow care for 11 hours before they charge you $1 per kid, per minute that you go over. Excuse me?! They knew that I worked in the city and that coming from this side of town and getting back takes a good amount of time due to the heavy traffice volume. After all this stuff, I decided to withdraw my children and this was after dealing with the center for full-time one week! When I called to withdraw my children, the person who answered the phone just said: "Okay". She never asked why? She never asked if I was concerned about anything. This place needs to be overhauled or closed down. As an African American woman, this place played into the horrible stereotype that plagues my people and that is that black people give horrible service and are ghetto. Dont waste your money on this place. If you care about your child, you wont view this place as worthy of caring for your most precious gift. I didnt believe the negative reviews that I saw online about this place, now I wish I did. I could have saved myself $300. By the way, they are not open on Saturdays so if youre looking for weekend childcare, you wont find it here. But they dont advertise the change in hours.

I stumbled upon this daycare while I was working off shift for uber hours worked excellent for my schedule toured the daycare and seemed to reach my needs my daughter was enrolled from November 2015 until April 16 from November until February everything was great of what I could see an incident happened in February with the infant teacher. Every since that day I feel my child had been neglected by the teacher would come in to my daughter would be sitting in her feces when I would pick her up numerous times. The teacher asked if I was going to change my own daughter? Why am I paying money for you not to do your job? The final day I took all my daughters stuff an stormed out the daycare in a anger crying because I was to the point of doing the unthinkable I would not recommend this daycare to anyone although I love the administrator she is a very nice an thoughtful lady who tried her hardest to meet my needs I appreciate her doing as she could but in reality it came down to the owner needing to put out money to actually getting correct certified staff they really need to get their workers under control or fire the ones who can not be in compliance. I have seen the infant teacher run all over the administrator talk over her an be disrespectful and she still has a job per the admin Im not the first to have an issue with this teacher. Their license is expired if you are seriously considering this Daycare I encourage you to really go in and observe into the daycare before enrolling a check

Congratulations on the opening of your New Snellville Location! Glad I can be the first to write a review on Google for you. First, Thank you for taking Child Care Services to a new level. For providing a viable and affordable option for todays working parent, especially those that dont necessarily work 9:00 - 5:00 and Monday thru Friday Jobs. Just knowing that working late or needing to work on weekends dont have to upset our family routines, knowing that my children can go to a familiar and loving environment is a huge relief in todays demanding workplace. I wish you and all the Staff at A Mothers Love, continued success and so happy to see you setting a new and higher standard in Child Care! Highly Recommended!!!

Best Child care my children have been enrolled in. I have 2 children. My older child is no longer in child care. When I had my second, I searched for months for a good, stable daycare I felt comfortable with. I love A Mothers Love! My son is 4 and absolutely loves going there. They do extra stuff as far as parties for Holidays too. Classrooms are clean, teachers are great! I wish my older child could have had the benefit of such a great daycare when she was younger.

On an extended visit to Snellvile over the holidays, I needed short term child care for my daughters. I found A Mothers Love 24 Hour Child Care and was very pleased. I happened to be driving by and stop in unannounced, the owner was very welcoming and the rates were amazingly affordable. My girls had had so much fun, they didnt want to leave. I highly recommend this day care.

This is a great place for kids. My child attends before and afterschool care. She loves it! The teachers are nice and truly care about your child. My child also enjoys summer camp. This is a great place for working parents with unpredictable work hours.
