When you inquire about a job a couple of weeks after your interview, Jasmine, who is the person thats in charge sometimes seems to have a small attitude behind her answer when shes getting back to you from when you ask a question intended for someone else. Sometimes you can never talk to the person you had the interview with. Its always got to come from Jasmine herself! You can be frustrating when you dont get to talk to the person that you had the interview with! And when you apply for some jobs that you think you can do Jasmine ask you do you have those specific skills that that job is asking for, and if you dont shell tell you that you really wont qualify but then she say you can call back and speak to the person that is over that job. And sometimes even there you dont get to speak to that person. But the one thing I hate is, is when you talk to someone else in the office and Jasmine isnt there to answer the phone, theyll ask you is there anything that they can help you with and if you tell them your situation they still tell you to call back. So basically they never could really help you! I have been trying for months to get on with them! And dont let the job be available but when you go in for the interview and then they call you back to let you know more about the job, theyll tell you that they looking for people or person who meet those skills first and then they will hire, possibly hire those that qualify or possess those skills but dont have as much experience. Oh but they will tell you that they do train! So then youre waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Hoping that you will get something soon. And you know you cant really apply for anything else because those jobs want what they ask for! Sigh...

Is it a possibility to put a worse score than that I would. This company is horrible at customer service great at getting you jobs. I signed with this company back in June within a week they were able to send me to a job it wasnt something I was looking for but the job needed help so they asked me if I would be willing to start they promised me the job would only be for a couple weeks and then we can find you a new assignment something that would be more fitting for me. I NEVER heard from this company again but the first day I was late they called upset with me saying I need to communicate better (even though I related the message to my boss) but in June I was hired I still til this day havent heard from Stephanie the lady who hired me respond to any message I sent. I sent a message to April to have her set me a better position and instead of at least responding with an Ill see what we can do or Ill let Stephanie know i had to call back weeks later and she states I sent her the e-mail she just hasnt gotten to it yet. 3 months later really. They get you a job to save their business but they can careless about their customers. Run as far away from this company as you can. I promise me leaving this company to better myself was the best thing I could have done.

Very rude staff. I went there ,April at front desk was rude as it gets. I let go of it and went somewhere else. One month down, I took my brother there and everything is fine, filled out tax papers got him job, was gonna start Friday. He quit his current job Thursday. They told us to look out for an email Thursday for the direction and place to go. No email Thursday. I called Friday, to inquire why we didnt get an email , April told me lady was out of office. We went to the office she is there and she told us the position was filled. The big F. My brother quit job to start here. This place is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Do not go here. I will take TRC Staff or Randstad over them Any Day.

They check in on you and they ensure that you are well taken care of and are happy with your placement. Hello, every time I apply for a job that fits my working experience and call the company for an interview, a employee name Stephanie tells me that she will not interview me because I will be wasting her time and she never tells me the truth about the available job opportunities. This employee should not be working at the company, she is preventing me from getting a job and there is no telling how many other job seekers she is doing this to.

Jasmine was very pretentious and rude she grilled me about my past continously put me on hold and I explained to her I was tired from working and I just got home, she then put me on hold again and came back to the phone saying that I sounded aggressive and like I had hostility and said that she wasnt gonna bring me in for a interview because of that. Then tried to be nice about it. This was all in the original phone conversation.

Getting laid off in March was the hardest thing I have had to go through besides losing my grandfather. The trade off with working with Pridestaff I knew someone was also looking out for my best interest as well and the ladies are amazing! They got me an excellent job and I cant wait to get back to work and it wouldnt have been without their diligence! Ive got a job! Thankful and humble thanks ladies a million!
