I went to get my computer fixed on March 25th, 2013 for a broken screen and they told me it would be fixed in ten days. When that day came, they told me that they ordered the wrong part and would give me a computer to borrow. That same day I called back and told them the computer wasnt working and lady who worked there said she would meet me and bring it to me when they had closed. I waited 20 minutes and she never showed up. Two days later my mom called and was talking to her asking why it was taking so long and why she hadnt met us. She laughed at my mom. A day later, we went up to the store and my talked to the store owner. We were told that day that the lady who was supposed to meet me and who had talked to my mother had quit which was weird to us because she was just there. The store manager told us that we needed a cable then my computer would be fixed. Another thing we found out was that the lady who quit never ordered the cable, when she told me she ordered it the day we were supposed to meet. The store owner told us it would be fixed by next Thursday. My mom called and they told us they would refund our money because the screen they ordered was defected. Now remember they had the screen before they knew they needed a cable to fix my computer. Why didnt they know two weeks ago that it was defected when they had it the whole time? They do not know how to fix computers nor give good service. The only thing I got in return were excuses and still a BROKEN computer. Then on top of that a piece was missing. So not only did I leave unsatisfied, but I left with my computer not the same way I gave it to them. I would highly discourage anyone who wants to come here to get a computer or get anything fixed. If they cant simply order the right piece to a computer what makes you think they can fix it?

Horrible experience!!! Paid for diagnostic check & was told only 1 part was needed but somehow ended up numerous other repairs after initial "fix". Went to pick up laptop and hard drive was erased and battery wont hold a charge. Received further billing for new hard drive & windows software install. Several weeks later, battery remains damaged. I might as well have bought a new laptop for the price & headache.. Response to below, not true. I was told drive was fine originally then after I tried to pick it up after initial repair the window software mysteriously wouldnt load & drive was damaged. Battery never held a charge from the day that I picked it up. I told worker that I do not leave battery plugged in even though he insisted we do & software that I agreed to was not installed originally. The lady at the desk checked & agreed that it was missing also. I was very patient despite 4 visits.

I am a former employee and yes, I am disgruntled. However, what I am about to tell you is the truth. I started working there in Feb. 2017 and worked there for about 1 month. During that time I witnessed extreme dishonesty with a warm smile and a firm handshake. We would routinely (everyday) take in computers that only needed a virus removal and then lie to them about all sorts of "problems" that their computer had. Basically, we took advantage of computer illiterate people (mostly elderly) and they think after forking over $150, we did them a favor! Most of the 5 star reviews on here are fakes made by current and former emplyees and personal friends. Employees are incouraged to lie on here as well! Garys wife, robin, gave a 5 star review or her own business!

The service at this store is amazing. The computer service turn around time is great. They do a $30 diagnostics which is effective because they let you know what needs to be done and what isnt so important at the time, or if its even worth fixing the computer or if its better to upgrade. Also their deals on computers are great they sell laptops and desktops new and used for affordable prices. Over all i highly recommend this store for their service and their products both are great and the employees are friendly and not just salesmen.

The customer service i experienced was outstanding. The knowledge of the people working there was extremely helpful. They found out what was wrong with my computer in a timely manner and got back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off. Once it was determined my computer was a goner, they skillfully helped me pick out a replacement that was not only affordable but a newer and better machine. I will definitely be returning and recommending this business to all of my friends!!

I dropped an all-in-one desktop on Friday evening for a minor service. I was promised that the service would be completed by the next day and that I would receive a call as soon as it was done. Well, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. When I went to pick the desktop up with a toddler in my hands, the gentleman carried the desktop to the trunk of my car for me. the little things are what make big differences. You will certainly see me again!

Great guys! I had Eric as my associate. My charging port broke. Toshiba wanted to fix it forn $300 and it would take 2 weeks to bring back. I learned about Computer Solutions from a local Geek Squad associate. Went to Computer Solutions and they fixed it fast! It went from Toshiba wanting $300 to fix it, to Computer Solutions doing it for $30 and only one hour of labor. Great guys :)!

Very competitive rates, after shopping around i found there prices on repairs unbeatable. The staff were very well dressed and took there time in explaining what was wrong with my laptop and what it would take to repair it. This was my first experience with Computer solutions, But I would and will recommend them to anyone needing to repair there PC or even to purchase a new one.

Very professional! The staff will spend as much time answering your questions as you require. Repair turnaround time is at its best, often one day. I recently had a virus and Jason removed it manually in less than two days. I recommend them to all my friends for all there computer needs both software and hardware. A Five Star Company!
