The most utterly inept group of morons Ive had the recent displeasure of encountering. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with them and navigating their departmental inefficiency, they decide to inform me that I must incur an additional charge for going directly into hard wood versus finding the stud and going into drywall??? Are you listening to yourself? I am giving you the cake walk job of drilling holes directly into a log and mounting the TV. In your world, you would rather find the stud, drill through drywall, into wood, and charge me more for doing less work. Thanks for nothing. Another reason to abandon Best Buy and Geek Squad for Amazon and DIY!

I dont know what has changed, but there doesnt appear to be anyone here that knows what they are doing. When I went to the Geek Squad years ago things were different, but now it looks like they either have insanely high turnover or they just dont care if they do the job the right way. On top of that, prices have gone up.
