Sorely disappointed in their service and expertise. When they first returned the computer to me, the fellow said that everything on the computer would look and be exactly the same as before. It wasnt! Not only did they wipe out all my documents, but my photos as well., "They couldnt find them" after looking into it after my second visit ... No apology, refund or contriteness whatsoever. How disappointing after spending $100+ for help and service. Evidently they didnt think it was necessary to react since I told them I had most of the files backed up. Professional?

Same day service! I couldnt believe it, I called 3 other computer stores in the area and they all said it would be a few days... But when I called 1 Stop they understood my problem, that this was my business computer and I need it back ASAP.... They said the lastest I would have my system back would be the next morning and I got it back same day.... I will tell everyone about you guys!!!!! Thanks, A Customer For Life...

These guys are fantastic! Fast and friendly and courteous. My daughter relies on an iPad to communicate, so its very important to us that any service on her device be done quickly - the guys at One Stop Computer Shop usually have screen repairs done same day and always call to let us know whats going on. Strongly recommend!

These guys did a great job! I opened an email that had a virus in it and it took over my laptop. I thought all my stuff was gone. The guys at 1 Stop Computer Shop got all my data back and got me up and going with in 48 hours. Great job guys I will be recommending you to everyone. Thanks a customer for life.

If you need an iPhone repaired this is the place to go there super fast and convenient I myself dont use iPhones Im an Android User there faster and much better and they dont break as much as an iPhone does or freeze dont really know about their computer repair because I repair the computers myself

My neighbors told me about this company so I went and had my computer serviced! My neighbors were right, this company told me what I needed at terms I could understand, prices I loved, and speedy repair time. I know where to go in the future if I need any service done for my computers.
