got an email from geek squad saying my computer was ready for pickup. drove to the store after work only to be told that i had to have the original paperwork to retrieve the computer (my bad). i drove another hour to get the papers from home and brought them back to the store. he used the information to look up my account. then he told me that my computer WAS NOT ready and that i should just ignore the "automated" emails. lets see, they cant fix their own email system, but im trusting them with my computer? less than comforting.

this review only relates to the geek squad at this location. I have a custom PC so the geek squad membership seemed like a good idea. I took my computer to this geek squad and they turned me away because apparently they arent setup to take my pc and do maintenance even though I had all the resources they needed. this is the only geek squad thats ever done this to me and incredibly dissapointed. Will never go back there.

I really abused the Geek Squad over a missing wire yet they were courteous and professional to me. Especially AJ, the manager. I apologize and I would recommend them totally.
