If you want to be lied to, want excuse after excuse, or dislike communication and wish to be pushed aside in favor of "big clients", then by all means - hire Rob. For months, Rob lied to us about the status of a data recovery job - everything from "It takes a long time" to "The drive is turning now" and "I only know what they tell me". Finally, we contacted the third party data recovery and found out that the job wasnt even paid for for over a month, and that only after we began making demands a few days before, did Rob even pay for the job. In the end, the data recovery took less than a day, and the drive was shipped to us. Rob is a liar and (keeping our money for over a month without paying the third party) a thief. If you choose to work with this dishonest franchise owner - you do so at your own risk.

My laptop was operating extremely slow for a couple of days. Then I could not connect to the internet. I called several computer repair companies and Fast-teks of Athens was the first company that actually answered their phone. I was impressed with the friendliness of the customer support person. Well, the technician, Rob, came to my home and did an assessment and determined that a recent Microsoft update was the root of the problem. While repairing my laptop, Rob offered to perform a back-up of my computer, since one was not completed for quite some time. The end result; my laptop is working wonderfully, they came the same day and I am very, very pleased with the services from Rob and Fast-teks of Athens. I will definitely use them from now on.

If you live anywhere near Athens, do not call anyone else to repair your computer! The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all aspects. I have had to call them on two separate occasions and each time, the service was impeccable! Two thumbs up!
