Brandon and Nate are a lifesaver. I insisted on finding out how to write this review to publish this so you, the next customer, can know just how good these folks at Bientek are. I had driver issues on my computer and all kinds of malware. A one hour session with Brandon and a few minutes gratis with Nate took care of my problem. Additionally they both educated me on tweaks and downloaded programs on how to keep my machine clean and do daily maintenance and scheduling updates, etc. Hilary additionally walked me through publishing this review. These folks do not do Dilbert. Customer service and inside intuitive knowledge is a real part of their presentation. When Windows 10 is out. I plan the let these folks near and next to my computer so that I can achieve a clean install. Life is too short to have nagging computer problems. Bientek understands you need to use your machine not spend your time in self maintenance and virus removal. Highly recommended all around.

I called Brian because my computer was not recognizing wireless networking. He did some troubleshooting over the phone with me and figured I needed a new wireless card. He found the part that I needed online for extremely cheap. He also helped me find a guide as to how to replace the card. I ended up installing it on my because of his help. I dont know of any other company that would have taken the time to walk me through the steps, and be honest enough to tell me I could probably fix the problem myself (Best Buy wanted $39 just to look at it). I will be returning to him with any computer problems in the future, and give him my highest recommendation.

We needed assistance making a new camera surveillance system accessible via the internet. The prior quotes from another company were expensive and they could not assist for several days. We called Brian that evening . He immediately put us at ease that he would be able to help us out and scheduled Chris to come the following day. Chris arrived on time with a smile and went to work right away. Both Brian and Chris, the installer, were courteous, professional and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended this business to both family and friends and will definitely use Bientek again when the need arises.

I am very satisfied with the customer service at BienTek. BienTek was very prompt as far as communication, fast response times, and a satisfactory service. Their 24-hour call center is amazing! The owner Brian seems very dedicated. He texted me right away after I placed a service call and then did a follow-up to ensure that I was satisfied with the service, in which I was. The technician that fixed the cracked screen to my laptop was polite, professional, and very prompt. I am very satisfied with my experience with BienTek and I definitely recommend this company for any repairs.

What a fantastic company, I highly recommend using their services for your computer repair needs. From the first moment I emailed BienTek they have provided great service. Brian, the owner, emailed me personally right away to work out the details. Ryan in Southfield did the repair in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. Avoid the big shops like Best Buy and Micro Center, they didnt even answer their phone when I called. Those places dont appreciate their customers, BienTek certainly does. SHOP LOCAL!!!

BienTek performed in A++ fashion for me this week. After Brian took my information, his technician Joe contacted me the same afternoon, picked up our CPU from our house, diagnosed and fixed the problem, delivered the machine back to our house, connected it and tested it, all for the one hour labor charge and no pick up / delivery fee!! And no-hassle payment via PayPal was also a great time saver! This experience has made me a Bientek customer for life, and I heartily recommend them to everyone!

Great Service! To be honest, when I first heard that they come to your house to pick up/drop off the laptop I was a little bit nervous because, well, who wants to let a stranger in their home. Turns out he was very nice and I felt totally comfortable and it was very convenient. Who has time and actually wants to wait in line at Geek Squad anyways? Their pricing was affordable and much lower than competitor. Id recommend them to anyone with computer difficulties!

After my very first experience with Bientek, I have never bothered to shop around when it comes to troubleshooting laptop, networking, etc problems. Their professional attitude and sincerity towards their work, yet with a personalized touch and the fact you know you will have peace of mind far outweighs the need to shop for cheaper services. Furthermore, they have very competitive prices. I always recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

I called Brian on a Saturday when I was having problems with my PC. He said he could help me & could be there within the hour. He should up quickly & took care of my original problem, plus made recommendations to further improve the speed. I highly recommend BienTek & will certainly call them again with any problems.

I found BienTek to be an excellent source for PC repair. Brian timely fixed all issues I had with my laptop and recommended several improvements which I did not realize existed. He also provided very cost effective follow-up services. I highly recommend and so does my friend who recommended BienTek to me.

Nate was great. I didnt end up needing a tech, but I would call them next time in a heartbeat. They gave me perfect advice and were knowledgeable, professional, and calming on the phone. I was able to get my laptop running again myself, but only thanks to BienTek.

Great Service! I contacted brian to get rid of some viruses on my computer and they not only got rid of them but also upgraded my anti-virus program and cleaned all the dust out of my PC! They had great prices, timely, and nice! Will for sure use them again!

Biens service is gorgeous! I would use 5 stars hotel service to describe it! He is like wizard and even my computer has mysterious problem but he can just somehow fix it!
