Where to begin. 1 as a former employee please dont come here. You will wait a really long time. And 2 the parts used are mainly refurbished and usually are defective. I had been working there a couple of months. When I first started I had direct deposit set up. So my check would be directly deposited...right? Well not one of my checks was direct deposited. Every paycheck I had to fight tooth and nail for. And they were always late. On top of that for my final paycheck I worked 40 hours and only got paid around 96 dollars. The owner David has screwed me over bad for no reason. And for the icing on the cake I was not scheduled one week. I called and sent emails without response. My other coworkers assured me this was normal. So I waited. But then it happened to me again the following week. I finally got in touch with the owner and was told a sorry, lame excuse of a reason to let me go. Instead of being an adult and telling me straight up. He cowered away. The owner does no know what he is doing and does not care. I would highly recommend anyone take their business elsewhere.

Horrible the first guy we talked to said that the LCD screen and the screen needed to be fixed and it would cost $60 two days later I took my phone and a different guy was there he charged me $80 then two days later I lightly tossed it on my bed and it cracked and glass fell out!! Now I took it back and they said that I was basically lying and that I would have to pay again to get it fixed!! Then he said that the 90 warranty does not cover it if it gets cracked again yet the guy who fixed my phone said it would! And he credited me back $10 because I over paid apparently! This place is NOT professional I would not recommend to anyone they made it seem like I was lying and like there the good guys all in all THERE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

The gentlemen was very nice. My problem is I had to come back because the screen on my iPad Air was lifting up after a couple days. He fixed it. Once I got home I realized it was lifting again. Now a week or so later I go to lift my iPad up and the screen cracks. I looked it up and apparently your not suppose to lift the screen up again after you seal it which was done the first time I dropped it off because there was things still in the screen and then done again when I brought it back to be fixed. It wont seal properly and it can also cause the screen to get cracked because its not pushed down all the way. I paid a lot for the screen to be fixed and now Im left with a broken screen again due to it not being done properly.

I went to Gizmo Dr. Inside Lakeshore Mall at 730 pm Saturday evening. Asked Able for a price to replace my cracked cell phone screen. The quote was $129.99 plus tax. I returned at 8:30 to find out he only had to replace the glass and the price was around $67 tax and all. Able had two other choices. Replace it all at the original quote or even do just what he did and still charge me the $140 and I would have never known. Thank you Able for your honesty and great srervice.

BEST GUYS IN TOWN! I had finished destroying the LCD on my 2014 Samsung Tablet and these guys fixed it for cheap! Samsung told me what part to order for replacement and I did. Works Great! I had called and called the Dawsonville Hwy location but 1- Never got an answer and 2- They just dont care about helping? (I guess). Lakeshore Mall Location dudes: THANKS SO MUCH!

I came in to try to get my Sprint IPhone 5s unlocked because I was referred to this location about them being cheaper. Smh these inexperienced retards dont even know how to do it. Ill never recommend anyone go there if they need a Sprint phone unlocked. Theyre useless and a waste of time. I will gladly go to the first place I was originally going to.
