WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE. This is the first time I have ever written a review before and its because I had the absolute worst, most unacceptable experience of my life here. I hadnt had a single issue with my IPhone before but one day I cracked the screen. I took it to C&CR in order to get the screen fixed. I told him that I wasnt sure if my phone was still under the one year warranty with Apple or not and he told me he could look it up. He looked it up and informed me that my warranty was up. (I later found out that my warranty still had about a week left but that I voided it by taking my phone to somewhere other than apple). So I asked him to replace my screen and he promised me that it would be done in 30 minutes and that he would call my friend when it was done. After an hour of waiting I still hadnt received a call so came in to check. He hadnt even started yet. So I left and an hour and a half later I still hadnt gotten a call so I called the store and he told me that my phone was done. I came in to get it and automatically tried to type a message on my phone only to find out that the keys were not responding to my touch at all. I told him about the issue and he said he couldnt fix it until the next day because they were now closed. He tells me I must pay right then though- and only in cash. I refuse to pay until my phone is fixed and after some argument I leave. The next day I come back and he re-fixes my phone. I pick up the phone and take it home only to find out that my sound doesnt work. I cant play music, talk to siri, or hear people when on the phone. So once again, I take my phone back in. He informs me over and over again how nice he is for fixing my phone for free (when he is the one who messed it up). So once again, I pick up my phone and take it home. I get home and a couple of days later my home button stops working. Extremely irritated at this point I take my phone to the Apple store. They take one look at the inside of my phone and tell me that someone has messed up my phone BAD. They refuse to do any service on it. So once again, I take my phone into C&CR and ask that he fixes my home button. He tells me over and over again that he had nothing to do with my phone having issues and says its just a coincidence. After an hour of waiting and listening to him complain he finally replaces the home button only to find out that it still doesnt work. So he tells me that he will order a new home button and for me to come in the next day and he will have it ready. I leave and literally as Im walking to my car I try to take a picture only to find out that my front and back camera are not working now… So I come in two days later and he says he still doesnt have a new home button (and apparently didnt have the decency to call me to let me know either). So I ask him to please call me when the new button comes in. Two weeks later I still have not received a call from him so I come into the store and ask him if the button is there to which he says it is. I then ask why he didnt call me to tell me to which he lies and says that he did call me and leave me a voicemail. I tell him about my cameras not working and once again, he "fixes" everything while complaining the whole time and telling me over and over again how lucky I am that he is doing all of this for free (even though he tried to charge me every time but I refused to pay for him to fix what he broke). He then tells me a story of how when he was younger he stole someones camera and had bad karma for it. He tells me over and over that I am a bad person and that karma is going to get me, no matter how many times I tell him that I would only like to talk about my phone, not about karma. When I get my phone, the first thing I notice is that he has replaced my gold home button with a silver home button (annoying, but whatever). He then makes me sign a form stating that I will never come back into his store again. One week later, my home button, front camera, and back camera stop working. I now have to pay full price for a new iPhone.

I was extremely disappointed in this service. I had a phone screen replaced here and that came out fine, so I decided to take my water-damaged MacBook Pro here as well. After Kash diagnosed the problem, and after he tried to talk me into buying a macbook from him (one that was four years older than the one I brought in) he talked me into allowing him to fix my MacBook. I was reluctant to leave it without shopping around and getting a second opinion, and I really wish that I had gotten a second opinion. Kash quoted me a repair time of maybe two weeks, and I ended up having to call him every week for about two months, mostly because he never called me back when he said he would. One day when we were talking, he told me to come into the store after two and he would be there. I did so, and he was not there, and the man who was couldnt do anything for me. My computer now is bent up and slow. I was not informed that I would be getting old parts, but apparently my once 2012 macbook pro is now a 2008. It is so slow, and the battery doesnt hold a charge. Granted, I called Kash about the battery and he told me to bring my computer back in, but I did not because there is no way I can trust this establishment. Kash talked me into leaving my computer with him, and I trusted he did that because he knew what he was doing, not because he was trying to rip me off. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever received and absolutely the worst quality work Ive ever paid so much for. I will have to get a new laptop now, anyway, unless I find another repair shop. 500 dollars down the drain.

Absolutely fantastic! Amazing and knowledgeable employees who did work that other cell phone shops couldnt even take on for great prices! My iPhone 6 had water damage, a cracked outer screen, a broken internal screen, and a broken power/lock button. I took it to OTHER cellphone repair shops in Athens, and they said they could ATTEMPT to fix it for an absurd amount, but that it was unlikely that it would even work. Most stores wouldnt even take on the job and simply told me to get a new phone from my carrier. Then I came to C&CR. Kash, one of the primary employees, was so nice and was happy to help! Not only was he able to fix all of the primary issues, he even fixed the lock button which according to the Internet was impossible to do! He stayed late to help me, and when other customers came in after he had already "technically" closed, he stayed even later to help end their crises as well. Moreover, I was given a great price, and a screen protector and phone case were even thrown in. C & CR has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I felt confident that my phone was in great hands. I was planning to travel internationally within hours of my phone breaking, and Kash was able to get it done in time at no extra cost. When I dropped off my phone and picked it up, there were countless other customers at the shop both times, and all of them were absolutely thrilled at the work done for them by C & CR.
