At first, I thought what a great company. I took my computer in and thought something was wrong with it and they said no, it was just something loose. But, try to return for a bad part installed and see what happens. I had a power supply replaced and within a month it started going out. I called and called. They told me I had to have a receipt. I said you just did it. I didnt save it because I trusted you. I asked to speak to the owner. He wasnt in. I left a couple messages and no return call. Really one month. I ended up replacing it myself. I will never go back.

I 100% recommend you take your computer here if youre having issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had never taken my computer in to a repair place before, and was worried about the cost and being taken advantage of. These guys were awesome. They called and explained exactly what the issue was, gave me several options, and explained exactly what the price would be for the parts. Repair was quick and they even helped me get my computer in and out of my car! Great local business!

Company is doing good with simple running virus removal software. In my case they ran 2 times different tool but virus is still there. Attempt to make them fix my laptop failed. Instead I was given a lecture that Internet Explorer is bad and advise to switch to chrome.
