I found this company on Google search. Never having had a computer repaired before I was more than a little apprehensive. After spending $600.00 on repairs 2 times, I am now spending money to get the damage & sloppy handling of my $1100.00 laptop repaired CORRECTLY. After not using my laptop for over a year after this companies last repair I find out that they never screwed down my hard drive and that was causing all kind of problems for me. They left my laptop with my power button stuck down in the hole of the keyboard also as well as screws that werent tightened causing the area around the keyboard to have 2 small cracks where screws were pushing through when the computer was put back together. Now the only needed repair was damage done to my screen which is a short which I am pretty sure was also done the last time this company worked on this laptop. I wish I had known that I was spending good money after bad with this company but the man I dealt with seemed so knowledgable. I would NEVER recommend this company for repairs. The repair prices are too high and they are very negligent in the physical handling of at the very least laptop computers.

I was very pleased with the service. I wasnt sure the extent of the damage done to my laptop, which had feel off the roof of my, was possibly run over, and all I knew was that the screen was busted. I wasnt sure if it was still operational. Paul could have took advantage of this and capitalized on this opportunity. When it was all said and done, after he replaced the screen my laptop didnt have any other problems so all he did was charge me for the screen replacement and gave me a nice lifetime antivirus program that has been amazing. I would refer Paul to anyone who needed some computer maintenance

I am an out of state student at the University of Michigan. My laptop broke the week before finals, and the on-campus computer store told me it would be a week before they could fix it. I had finals coming up and a presentation due in a couple of days. I couldnt wait a week! Luckily, Paul, The Teck Guy, had my computer back to me in 24 hours, and it was way less expensive than the on-campus computer store. Paul even called the next day to make sure it was working well for me. Thank you, Teck Guy for fixing my computer!!! I would highly recommend his services!!

Originally, I called KneXtions because of a trojan virus that completely locked down my computer. I called KneXtions and spoke with Paul. Paul was able to retrieve my data and photos. He also restored my system after wiping the hard drive clean. Once I took the computer home, I ended up having another problem that I brought on myself and Paul gave me a complimentary web-enabled session that resolved my problem. Paul is knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair in his charges. I can recommend KneXtions to anyone and feel confident in my recommendation.

Once again I am lucky enough to find the perfect person for the job. My computer wouldnt boot out of the blue one morning, so I took my laptop to knextions. Paul was prompt with his diagnosis, and gave me a few options on how to proceed. I decided a replacement hard drive was best for me, but Paul didnt just stop there. I was given different options for replacement hard drives that would make my computer faster. My computer is now running better than it was when I purchased it new!

Service was quick and prices seemed fair. After opening my laptop up, Paul determined my problem could not be fixed permanently because pieces had broken off and couldnt be individually replaced. So, he fixed it up temporarily so that at least it is functioning better than it was. Because he was only able to provide me a temporary fix he kindly did not charge me. Will definitely return if I should have any other computer needs.

Paul did a great job with my laptop. It started as a boot error, which he fixed. Then, when it kept on giving me errors, he took ownership of the problem and worked past closing time on two straight days to make certain that it was back in working order before I got it back. This man cares about his work and I recommend him highly. Im so happy to have an honest and hardworking computer support in the neighborhood.

When my 60 GB Playstation 3 developed the Yellow Light Of Death (YLOD) problem, I looked to kneXtions after finding the reviews posted here. Paul was very responsive over e-mail and on the phone. I dropped it off and got it back in working order in approximately an hour and a half. He couldnt have been nicer or more efficient. I would refer a friend in a heartbeat. Thanks again Paul!

Great service. Took my sons xbox 360 to Paul and was fast, friendly and knowledge. I found Knextions online wasnt to sure about taking it to someone I didnt know but when I arrived Paul took care of me. He will go out of his way to make u feel comfortable. I will return to him for any and all tech problems from computers to game consoles to tvs. Thanks again Paul.

I was building my first rig and messed up with the CPU installation. Paul helped me by diagnosing and fixing it. If he didnt help me out, then I wouldve waited another week for microcenter to take a look at it. He was fast and was done within an hour. As a side note, Paul was a really friendly and knowledgeable person. I would recommend him.

I brought in my ps3 today to be fixed after it spontaneously stopped turning on. Paul had it back to me in 30 minutes working like new! He was friendly and professional, and he recommended a few things to prevent the issue I had in the future. I definitely suggest coming here if you have an electronic device that needs replaired!
