I have bought two laptop computers from this establishment with then last 10 months (foolishly now looking back). I bought my first laptop computer from this establishment in April 2015. It crashed on me in December 2015 (would power up but no display). I turned it in to be repaired the end of December. I got this computer back the middle of February still broken with no more understanding of what was wrong with it as to when I gave it them to be repaired. I purchased a second laptop computer from this establishment when my first laptop computer crashed on me. The battery does not hold a charge. I have been through 3 batteries from this establishment and none of them work or the charging port on this newer laptop computer does not work. Its ridiculous either way. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
