Would not recommend.!!Took my laptop in because the one hinge broke and the fan needed replaced as well. Walked in the place reeked like an ashtray. Told there would be a $45 diagnostic fee that would be deducted from the repair cost. I was okay with that because i knew the repair cost would be more then that. So to be clear i brought it in knowing what was wrong. I Get a call with the estimate to repair the fan. When i asked about the hinge he said the work order didnt say anything about a hinge. Which i have a copy of it and it does clearly say broken hinge also dont know how you miss a broken hinge. So that told me how good that $45 diagnostic was. Told him to go ahead and fix it even with an estimated repair cost of over $500. He had my laptop for a week after that before he called me and said he couldnt find parts and couldnt repair it. It took him a whole week to figure that out. The laptop is only two years old. So I wanted my money back since he literally didnt do anything (no repair or diagnostic in my opinion) and wouldnt give the money back, total rip off. So I took it over to best buy and they had it fixed with in 2 weeks (took a week for the parts to come in) and for under $400 dollars. Never going back to this place

Been having problems with my Canon iP90 printer and have been calling around town to find someone to fix it. After many calls Iof non-personable people came across the number for QCS and got a guy named Bill on the phone. Although he said he would of been able to fix my printer...Bill troubleshooted with me for over 10mins. and gave me very helpful advice. After doing so he explained how it would be more cost effective to buy a new one than to fix mine. It is very difficult to find someone that will actually converse with you over the phone and try and help you rather than have you come in to find out what is wrong (for a price) and then tell you they cannot fix it. I value Bill and his honesty, and if anyone is looking for help with their computer related needs...Call Bill at QCS! I know I will.

When everyone else told me it would be a month before I could get my computer back, Bill had it done in less than two days. His price has always been lower than others and his workmanship is just as good if not better. You dont sacrifice quality for price here. I have now been doing business with Bill for several years. Another important feature with Quality Computer Service is their honesty. Totally trustworthy.

Amazing! I looked through the Dublin Chamber of Commerce businesses and found this company, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work! They investigated some seriously messy viruses and were very thorough in communicating with me on the work that they were doing, and consulting a few other companies as well for security issues. I will definitely be a returning customer- Great job!!!

Very competent. Diagnosed my printer problem the next day and had it fixed within a week, even though parts had to be ordered. Everything was ready when they said it would be and the price was reasonable. I will definitely call them again next time I have any printer problems.

Fixed my notebook computers and printers that we may of thrown away, but fixed all equipment for a reasonable cost, and the stuff is still working. Easy to deal with.Some stuff he did not charge anything for.

Very poor service, took two computers to fix, they could not repair any, and had to pay $ 45
