ok, the 5 Stars are for Kevin in the Geek Squad at the Fairlane Green store. He went the extra mile to research and resolve my Mac issue for the lowest price. Thank you so much Kevin. I tried to call a manager directly to give the feedback, but was told I had to tell them what item I was interested in and they could not transfer me to a manager. Best Buy is not a great experience, but Kevin was.

We went to the Geek Squad on the recommendation of our son. I will admit to being very negligent on the upkeep of my computer. This was our first experience with the Geek Squad. Kevin was our first contact and was an amazing person. This young man would not give up on my computer. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I will always return for any issues that I may have in the future.

Total ripoff. Tried to charge my wife $45 to reset a Best Buy Samsung tablet she forgot the password to. They could have just told her to push the power button, volume up button, and the home button at the same time. Disgusting, makes me not want to go back to Best Buy.
