I took my iPad in for repair on a Friday and was told by the kid at the counter that I would have it back in 24hrs. At the end of the day I was called and notified that it wouldnt be completed until Monday. On Monday, I called and verified that it would be ready when I got out of work and was told yes that it was ready. So I went to pick it up and when the kid behind the counter handed the iPad to me, the corner of the screen was already peeling. Poor quality of work, poor quality assurance, and poor customer service.

Took my Galaxy in for repair. First they said my part they ordered was sold by one of their employees and would have to wait again. Then when they handed my phone back it had a cracked LCD that they had replaced. Now the screen is lifting off of the phone and not attached no more. I will not go back to them to get this problem fixed because I have no faith they can. Not recommended.

Willing to work with customer to resolve issues. I had a billing misunderstanding and after he originally got upset he later apologized. The quality of the work is great so I will return.

Told me it would be 2-3 days to fix my screen and a week later still not fixed.
