I had the most wonderful customer service from Steve at PC Pickup. I had downloaded Microsoft 10 a little over a month ago and when I went to use the Scan feature on my Brother MFC-J40DW it would not connect to my laptop; however, I could print to the printer from my HP laptop. I contacted Brothers customer service and after 1/12 hours with support (uninstalled and reinstalled drivers a few times) still would not connect and scan to my laptop. Support informed me that it was an HP problem and to contact HP. I told them I was able to scan without issue prior to downloading 10; still claimed it was an HP issue. Now to PC Pickup - called, explained the issue to Steve. He asked me a few questions, was able to come in to my laptop remotely and figured out what the issue was - Norton was blocking it. A question I had presented to Brothers support and was told "No". In less than 10 minutes from the time Steve answered the phone, he was able to find the problem and resolve it. I am illiterate re computers and Steve was able to speak "English" to me, I did not feel as if I was being talked "down" to. Thank you Steve, PC Pickup

I recommend this company to anyone that is in need of any type of technological assistance from Business class wi-fi to computer repair to audio and television. They arent just professional but they are extremely quick to respond and have a sense of urgency that is lacking in the world today. They understand the importance of their customers needs and expedite repairs extremely quickly. I have had several issues that they were able to quote and fix extremely fast. I appreciate all theyve done, theyre my go to on EVERYTHING technology! Thank you for all that you do!!! Even saved my tail one day when the sound system at my establishment wouldnt work. I can not express my appreciation enough for your service level over the past weekend. I have never purchased any services from you before despite our meetings at networking events and other functions around town. When I was having a hard time with a transfer of phone services the IT professional and Phone company were not able to resolve the problems and I was exasperated. I called your hot line on Friday night and you ANSWERED! By Saturday morning my internet service and phone services were working in harmony and we developed a plan to move forward on the remaining services we need to put in place to insure continuation of business. Awesome!

Top notch service, affordable and dependable to boot! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs computer advice or service. When our computer system is down our business is shut down too. It is crucial that we have someone we can count on to respond promptly and mitigate the problem. We tried other local companies Down River without much success. The first time I called here they answered my questions, showed up when they said they would, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Followed up to make sure everything was running to our satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I needed to have ethernet cable run to various rooms in my house and was having an awful time locating someone competent to do the job -- until I found Lawrence Technology Services. Tom was great in getting everything setup and Corey did a wonderful job with the installation. Everything was done exactly to my specifications and for the price quoted. Since some of the ethernet cables were run outside along the side of the house, it was essential that the job look neat and professional and the guys came through for me. Highly recommended. Thanks!

These guys are amazing! I brought my broken PC into their place and they instantly told me it was permanently damaged. I just needed confirmation. I had another PC on the way, so I told them that I needed to recover the data from the broken PC and transfer it to my external hard drive. For $0, they recycled my old PC and transferred my files to my external perfectly. I will continue to do business with them! I highly recommend PC Pickup to anyone who is looking for excellent and affordable service!

I went to log in my password to get into my computer and my password wouldnt work. I tried multiple times and the computer then prompt me to answer another question but, this time I didnt know the answer. So, I called this company based on their reviews. I was then told to bring in my laptop. Steve helped me and solved the problem. It took no more than about 7 - 8 minutes. Steve was really nice and answered a lot of my questions. My computer has windows 7. I really missed my laptop.

I called Steve about replacing my laptop screen that my 9 year old son accidentally fell on. Steve had the screen waiting for me when I arrived and repaired it quickly for a very fair price. He also took the time to review the settings (Im not a computer savvy) and now my computer is faster and my screen is perfect. I have never had a bad experience with PC Pickup. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Whether it is on the technical side of fixing computers or the software and systems Tom knows it all. Tom is so good at what he does that chambers, and rotary groups invite him to speak at their events. He really is better than a whole squad of geeks.

Love the on the spot service only a phone call away. Very affordable repairs and thorough follow through. My bookkeeping, ordering, inventory is all computerized and when my system crashed during the work day Tom and Jason were able to solve the problem immediately without losing data.
