We have a small home office and Moin has provided technical help for several years. Moin has been incredibly helpful and patient; he has saved me much grief and aggravation. I realized I was out of my depth when we decided we would like to set up a network with our aging equipment and we contacted Moin. He configured clever ways to enable us to use our beloved old printer, set up an automatic backup system, a new battery backup when ours failed, set up a hard drive, installed our new multifunction printer, helped us replace one computer with hard to find Windows 7, helped me figure out how to use Windows 10, and now, installed our new laser monochrome printer (with helpful recommendations about choices Id researched). These are just examples, in addition to overall maintenance and good advice. We have had two recent crises , alarming in an at home office: I couldnt print or scan. Moin fixed this. Then, my husband opened an email attachment supposedly about an unpaid invoice and everything froze, including our Norton program. I called Moin, he advised us to turn off the computer, and quickly came out to help us with our malware that had corrupted our system. Whew! Such a relief to have him; we recommend him highly!

Claimed our system needed an upgrade and maybe it did; however, not all of the equipment was replaced. We received some new routers, but our main one was not replaced. After a very expensive invoice, our system performed worse than before we called with the initial problem. We called Moin again and explained that our the problem was worse than before, he said he would be by and we havent seen him since. That was 2 weeks ago. Needless to say the internet is viable for operating business so we decided to buy a $120 router from Staples and it solved our issue. Too bad we didnt think that about that option first. We would have saved a lot of money and our headache wouldnt have lasted almost 2 months.

I rarely write reviews but need to do so about Arbor Computers which I have used for several years. I needed last year to set up my home office in another part of my house It was done quickly and efficiently and when I needed to change back same was done.I recently ha a virus which prev ed nted.me from closing Microsoft edge I was walked through how to get rid of the problem by phone I should say that I barely know how to use my toaster but was able to do all that I needed to do.At the ed nd of the day I look for a resource that is knowledgeable and quickly responds to my.needs in a timely and competition prices.My wife has also used this resource with the same positive results

Super Flexible and always excellent service Moin has been willing to meet at my office, his office, or even at my home to make service convenient. Recently he picked up my CEOs PC from my house in the evening and worked overnight to markedly improve the performance of the machine. He delivered it to my office the next morning and I couldnt have been more pleased with the machines performance. This level of flexibility to provide service for our company, where access to computers for service is limited due to the business workload, is a huge asset. My computer was having power problems. Moin replaced the power supply and the battery controlling the computers time and date. After being serviced, the computer worked fine for a little while but then exhibited the same problem. When I took the computer back to Moin, he made it right. He traced the problem to the battery that controls the time and date. He replaced this battery again at no charge, and the computer has worked great ever since. I am happy with the service I received at Arbor Computers, and I will patronize this business again in the future if my computer develops other problems.

Fantastic service. My fiances laptop was having hardware issues. After trying another local shop which tested the ram and found no issues, i went here for a second opinion. He knew it was the ram just by my description and sure enough, it was the ram. My laptop is in a very difficult configuration and it took several hours labor to complete the repair and I was carged an extremely fair price for it all. Moin is the go-to man for all things IT related. I had (by my own mistake) deleted Outlook and with that my Outlook files since 2013! Called Moin close to end of the day, he offered to wait for me, recovered all the files, updated Java, plus some other outdated programs, diagnosed whats wrong with my monitor, all in 45 minutes time!
