Excellent Business!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Would have 5 stars but pricing is steep, still cheaper than Computer Medic, and it IS in Ann Arbor, after all. First try: Computer Medic: I couldnt and would not recommend at ALL. Especially if female. Customer service was so disrespectful right out the gate, before I could even drop my machine off, that I couldnt in good conscience pay to be mistreated and demoralized the way they did to me. AS for A2 Computers - Less than 24 hr turn around time, found the problem, called me first with explanations, recommendations, and went above and beyond by discussing other options if I wasnt satisfied with the first and 2nd choices they gave me. Im sure they spent more than an hour on my machine, but still only charged me a flat rate, quite fair, and the person working with me was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A++++ = A2 Computers!

Went to get D.C. jack replaced. 2 weeks later this place still did not replace the port. They stole 79.95 for absolutely nothing. Unbelievable!!! 20 minutes prior to dropping it off the computer worked fine... these con artists claim now it wont boot. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau today. Do they really think I dont know what they did? Claim they took apart the computer.... guess what? They never touched it. They literally stole my money. Oh and by the way.... it boots up!! I just have to manipulate the D.C. jack. Thats why I wanted it replaced!! And just booted up my computer and took a picture of my screen on Firefox nothing wrong with the computer!! I just cant believe you are so deceptive

I had a great experience at A2 Computers. My 5s iPhone battery was needing replaced and a friend informed me A2 Computers can install iPhone batteries. Since I didnt want to buy a new phone, I took advantage of their service. Nick was great explaining to me that if I were to replace my battery, that should give me another 2 years for my current phone. He looked this information up to confirm. Once my battery was replaced, he thoroughly went over a checklist to make sure all components of my phone were working correctly before I walked out of the store. So, for an affordable option to iPhone batter replacement, I would highly recommend A2 Computers! They also have a great new space with plenty of parking.

Friendly people, competent staff. The work requested was done and done in the allotted time frame. No issues when I put it all back together. Considering that I was cloning the old operating system drive to a new one, that was a big concern and its been running perfectly. I know Bart, as the owner-operator, is committed to the best service at a very cost effective price. This should be your go-to shop for any problems related to your computer machines. And in those rare instances when the human factor shows itself in a problem, hell fix it with you getting his top priority.

I took my laptop to A2 Computers, concerned that not only would it be irreparable, but also that the information stored in the computer would be irretrievable. My repair warranty had long since expired, and I needed knowledgeable assistance. I had a computer "geek" look at it and the prognosis wasnt good. Somehow I found out about A2 Computers, got it over to them, and to my surprise, they got my computer running, saved my data, and had the job done on time and within their estimate. If I ever run into a similar problem in the future, I know who to call first.

I dont understand what their claim "Service By Next Day Or The Diagnostic Fee is Free" means as each time I have brought in a computer it takes 9 to 12 days to repair. On none of these occasions was the $19.95 diagnostic fee waived. If time is not an issue, then the service cannot be beat. They always do a thorough job of fixing the problem and noticing contributing factors, such as dust buildup inside the chassis and so on. I still recommend them when people ask me where to get repairs done.

I have a little bit of computer knowledge and went in for diagnostics on two different Macbook Pros with charging and heating issues. The owner/operator Bart was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the possibilities after I explained the situation. He is a genuine and personable guy who confirmed some of my suspicions about the issues, gave me the truth without any "salesman" antics, and whom I would trust with complex computer repairs in the future.

Well Ill certainly never take anything to A2 computers again.. Fried all of my hard drives so bad the boards melted. Ive learned my lesson.. Never taking anything to any shop again.. They had the equipment to protect from over voltages and decided not to use it causing damage to my stuff.. Pathetic.. They still wanted me to pay their sorry asses.. Dont go to this shop. Youll get your stuff destroyed by them..1200 dollars worth of hard drives destroyed by these morons..

My mac had a failing hard drive, and after speaking with the Apple Store, as well as their "preferred provider" for fixes, I instead went with A2 Computers, which had great reviews online. It ended up being a great decision - the service was great, the communication was very good, and the price very reasonable. The work and parts came in under the estimate, and even at full price I would have been happy. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend this place.

The customer service is exceptional, the repairs are quick, and the staff is able to explain things in a non-techy way for those of us who arent necessarily computer-literate. Wonderful place, veteran owned and small business. They found and fixed my problem in about 3 days and my computer is running smooth as a kitten. Priced very fair, absolutely no complaints with the pricing for stuff here. Would highly recommend. If I have anymore problems I cant figure out myself, Im calling these guys.

Roy and his staff are awesome! I took my iPhone 6s in to have the charging port repaired. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional! There was some confusion about additional charges but Roy took care of me! I will be back with my computer and my sons iPhone!
