I wanted to share excellent experience I had with True Quality Roofing. I have a rental home in Grayson, GA that took on some wind damage that caused some major leaks in home. I did the typical search to get the three quotes. I am still amazed that it is a challenge to get contractors out to get this done timely. I later turned to a trusted individual that works on our home from time to time that does quality work for a recommendation. He recommended Jay and True Quality Roofing. After I called him he was quickly on the property and confirmed the damage. He assisted me with the claim process, coordinated with my renter on availability and was professional in every way with myself and the renter. I had some “miscommunication” with the insurance adjuster and it was Jay that took the lead, re-coordinated everything and got the process on track. The materials were delivered a day in advance and the workers showed up early the day of the install. When I showed up to check in on things, the manager on site quickly acknowledged me and walked me around the house and what stage of the process they were on. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and I could tell proper supervision was on site all day. The installers were quick and efficient but you could tell the quality of the work was excellent also. At completion, I was amazed on how it looked. I compared it to some old pictures of the house when I had when it was built. It looks better today than when it was built. My renter a few weeks later expressed his happiness on the home and work also. I couldn’t be happier with Jay and his team. Feel free to reach out to me personally if you have any questions. I wanted to write a quick review to share my experience with True Quality Roofing and, more specifically, with the representative who helped us throughout the roof replacement process, Reid Filipiak. Hes a Project Manager. Our roof ended replacement because of storm damage. We contacted True Quality Roofing after reading glowing reviews on Angies List and Google Reviews. We were not disappointed! True Quality is a factory certified contractor for the GAF Weather Stopper Lifetime Roof System, which places them in a very elite group, with an outstanding warranty. From the beginning to the process, through the dealings with the insurance company, during installation and after the job was finished, Reid was thoroughly professional and efficient. Communication was plentiful and he was extremely quick to respond to all of our questions/inquiries. He walked us through the process step by step and his crew (all part of the company) did an outstanding job inside and outside our home. No debris was left behind and clean up was thorough and meticulous. Still, Reid was there before, during and after to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. Were very pleased with the final results and will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone whos looking for roof replacement and related services. Also, we urge you to ask for Reid specifically so that you can receive the outstanding customer service that we did. True Quality Roofing is exactly that – true quality. Their installation was timely yet meticulously professional. They took the extra time and did not cut corners on materials or labor to save a few dollars. They are simply extremely honest people doing what they do to the best of their abilities. Their abilities are as professional as it gets. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion on a new roof from this company before you decide to go with anyone else. If you are the type of person that doesn’t want to get a second opinion just go with these people. You will never regret it. I think you will be more than pleased at how much less they are willing to do the work for in comparison to their competition. The majority of roof companies tell you about the manufacturing warranties which only apply to a perfectly installed roof or the manufacturer will not honor them. True Quality gives you a double warranty- their own and they make sure it’s installed to specification that will meet the manufacturer’s standards. I also noticed they use more nails per shingle than other roofers. With their warranty it would not be in their best interest not to do everything right in the first place.

Jay and the team at True Quality Roofing have went above and beyond. Jay worked diligently with the insurance company and adjuster (he even blew our roof off the day prior to the adjuster coming to our home). Jay was prepared and knowledgeable with the whole process. He met with the adjuster and assisted him onto the roof (used Jays ladder and Jay even gave him a boosty). Although the adjuster did not want to pay the claim, Jay would not take no for an answer. Jay knows more about roofs and claims than the claim adjusters themselves. He was able to explain my insurance to me and has even given me tips on making sure I have appropriate coverage. On the day of construction, the employees arrived on time at 7:30 AM and ready to work. They unloaded and went immediately to work. The job was completed in 1 day and they cleaned up afterwords. I wish I had known about True Quality Roofing when my mom needed a new roof last year. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Jay & True Quality Roofing!!! The Masons in Grayson.

We called true Quality Roofing for a quote on replacing our roof; we had been told by another professional that the house needed it. Jay with True Quality answered my call & scheduled a time to come out to our home a few days later. He was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was so pleased when he told us that the house doesnt need a new roof quite yet; that it has a few more years left in it. Im so impressed at his honesty. He easily could have tried to sell us a roof and simply quote a price to make a sale, knowing that we wouldnt know the difference. Its hard to find good honest people in business and I believe that Jay is one. He was even kind enough to correct a couple of small problems unrelated to the roof structure while he was up there and for no charge. I will definitely call True Quality back when it is actually time to replace. I recommend you give them a call if you think you need a roof or even just repairs. Check them out; this is a good business!

You will not find one that is better, more efficient, more professional, more dependable, more reliable, or more helpful than True Quality Roofing. Jay Filipiak and his crew took all of the headache and hassle out of preparing for one of the most important home repair and maintenance decisions a homeowner faces. He took care of all of the legwork and before I knew it, I had a beautiful, high quality, lifetime warrantied new roof not only on my home, but on my detached 2 car garage and my detached storage building/shop behind my home. His crew started the installation at 7:15 am, and was finished by 1:30pm. They left no signs of debris from the previous roof and there was no damage or disturbance to the landscape around the buildings. I couldnt be more pleased with the job from start to finish.
