I only visited this location twice 01/01/2016 and 02/20/2016 . They have great customer service skills . Each visit I had there I wasnt pleased with the way my car was cleaned , On both visits the same things was not complete. I sill had dirt and crumbs in the floor and between the seat and center console . The floor mats were not fasten and not put back in place. The sunroof had glass cleaner sprayed on it but wasnt cleaned. I will not be using AUTO BELL again I will be traveling 8 miles further and pay less money and I will get better quality . It seems that quantity out weighs quality. I feel you should have the vacuum cleaners in the detail area. I paid 21.99 for the Double Poly process and dont even get tire shine. I normally go to a competitor and pay 19.99 for more services and get better quality work. Thanks for the great customer service.

The staff is cordial, but the attention to detail and quality of the wash is subpar. Things I had to point out at inspection should have been a given like: wipe down the leather seats with a wet rag, dont apply armor all to surfaces you havent even tried to clean (dash, armrests, interior doors, etc.), vacuum ALL carpeted sections, actually apply the fragrance you say is included.. I dont smell a Pina or a Colada... none at all. Also, if you are not going to go over and remove and bug/tar/etc that the machine exterior wash does not, what is he point of going to a manned car wash. I could get the same attention paid to exterior wash from the automatic wash at the local gas station. The point of having people wash is that you expect the quality to be better. Here it is not much better... Not worth it.

Number one--- do not -- I repeat do not sign up for the monthly " unlimited " wash your car plan for 25.95!!! Its a total ripoff ! They make u pay 1.00 every time you vacuum your vehicle on the unlimited plan, which is not a big deal, but now they will not even clean your interior windows! Im so tired of my car going through their car wash and its not really that clean--- I have to constantly make them go back and wipe off obvious dirt! Whatever you do, do not go here if u really want your car cleaned well-- you are better off going to a dollar wash place or gas station machine and do the rest yours leg and save your money!

This place is not all that! Thats why I only come for a ride-thru exterior wash & underbody wash twice a month. Other than that I go to a hand wash at most times. I been stop giving this company all my money. Managers are rude as they come & go & sometimes these employees really dont know nothing about cleaning a car they just need a job but dont show dedication in what the job requires. But like I said I only come here for a ride-thru exterior & underbody wash nothing more. Anything else I suggest people just go to a real detail hand wash or clean inside yourself. I do all the times just not the outside.

I really wish I could give them no stars. Just left this location 10 mins ago. It was the worst experience. My car is still dirty. The gentleman that greeted me basically pressured me into getting the 25.99 car wash which is suppose to include everything. Joke was on me. As soon as I walked out to get my car I could see dirty spots left on the exterior. The inside was not wiped out. The windows have streak marks. I could go on and on. I will never go back to this place (even if they offered a free car wash)

Yesterday I got a full service car wash. However, the employees lost my keys and scrambled around for 15-20 minutes trying to find them. As a kind gesture, they offered me a second vacuuming. However, why would they need to vacuum a second time if they did a thorough job the first time? I would have preferred a free car wash voucher of some sort, since its the only way I would go back. Very stressful experience, unfortunately.

I was very displeased with the carwash service, I paid almost $30 but the car looked like I had washed it myself. The outside was ok, I had to drive back to the carwash to ask the guys to clean dirty spots inside the car. I paid for exterior and interior service but it looked like I paid for a $4.99 express wash. I am never using Autobell Car Wash services ever again!

Please dont go here!!!!! I have a New Cadillac Escalade. The camera was on my truck when we pulled into this location. After they were done with my truck the running board was on the ground. The owner saw the truck go in perfect and come out damaged. He refused to take any responsibility. If you take pride in your vehicle please dont stop at this location.

A few months ago I ran through and got the premium wash done to my car. They half way cleaned anything. I let it slide and I came out a few months later thinking it was a fluke and low and behold they left my passenger side window down and soaked the interior of my vehicle! Not very satisfied with customer service either!

I have a white car so dirt shows on every inch of the vehicle. My wash service was the Managers Special+rain guard. Its so worth the price for over-the-top cleaning inside and out. I have patronized other places and NO ONE cleaned it to my satisfaction. They did the extra with a smile! THANKS GUYS. . . .

Very good people I was impressed with how down to earth and nice these people where when I was getting our black truck washed there was a car accident right in front of them and they all ran to help and still made sure we were taken care of keep up the good work boys !

Inexpensive wash and they dont mind taking credit cards, even for less than five dollars. They are also good-natured about Pokemon players lurking nearby (at least for short amounts of time) to attack the gym at their location.

It can be hot or miss sometimes. I have to check my car to make sure that everything is done properly. But, if I request that they redo a spot, theyll usually get to it with little hesitation.

Average quality wash and reasonable detailing services. You get what you pay for. A $35 managers special wash quill levee you with missed spots and poor attention to detail.

Service is prompt and good. Employees are always kind and ready for the job. It is our car wash neighborhood and we dont live far form there, it is very convenient.

Terrible Experience. They fire all the good workers like Caleb Griffin for no reason. no quality in the work and the managers especially joey ponzetta are very rude.
